We spent over 2 weeks here in apartment 12 and I have to say…. the 5 star rating is well deserved! This hotel exceeded our expectations. From my first email to the hotel (and probably 50+ subsequent emails!) the service was outstanding. Once we arrived… ask a question on What’s App? Get a reply in minutes. Ask for more firewood? Get it delivered in minutes and with a smile. Really incredible. The apartments are well appointed. Fireplace, kitchen, refrigerator, comfortable beds, excellent linens, great shower pressure. We ate in the restaurant and had food delivered several nights. The chef is outstanding. We loved every dish. The location could not be better with a 5’ walk to the gondola and a 10’ walk to town. The ski room is centrally located with boot warmers - nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed the Wellness Center - sauna, steam room, cold waterfall shower, warm pool. Such a nice way to end the day after skiing. They have onsite parking for a fee but there is public parking right across the street for free. 5’ walk through the underpass. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great Courmayeur hotel experience! We look forward to returning soon.

We stayed in petite chalet #2. The layout was great for a family of four. I felt nice to have everything included in the room rate like laundry and uncovered parking. The location was very convenient for someone with a rental car. You didn’t need to negotiate any of the small streets to park, but yet you could walk behind the property to get to town. The bed was extremely firm and the staff had a feather bed topper brought to the room. Made the remaining nights very comfortable! We appreciated the great service and relaxed atmosphere

We stayed 8 nights in August 2022 as 2 adults and 2 children. The chalet we stayed at was very comfortable and clean, right fit for our family. The patio was lovely. The hotel staff was very helpful. While we were staying, there was no water supply across Courmayeur because of a landslide that took place in Val Ferret. Hotel management did their best to minimize the negative impact and continously tried to find solutions to provide water supply. The location is great to walk to the city center but there is a continous car noise as the hotel is closed to the road. That was the only issue but rest was perfect!

Staying at Au Coeur des Neiges is like transporting yourself into one of those lovely traditional Christmas cards with snowy landscapes, beautiful old buildings, and twinkling warm lights. The chalets and rooms are charm personified but make no mistake they have all the modern creature comforts that you would expect. Wonderful staff, a great restaurant, a stunning pool and 5 minutes walk from the main ski lift. Hard to beat. Thank you to the team for a great stay.

Just stayed for 3 nights at Au Coeur Des Neiges in Courmayeur. The hotel is wonderful and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. My wife mislaid her Passport and the hotel went far beyond what they needed to do to help us find it - which we did!! A great place to stay and I very much hope to return soon!!

Our family of 6 stayed a week over Christmas in the beautiful hotel. We stayed in chalet No7 and it was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room and a cozy fireplace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We told staff that we found the beds too hard on the first night which was immediately fixed with no fuss and a bunch of mattress toppers straight away. Christmas dinner in a private room for 13 people (extended friends) was an absolute highlight. The wellness centre was superb and the location is unbeatable. Only a few minutes walk to the main gondola and an easy stroll into town with plenty of shops along the way and a supermarket very close by. Perfect for Christmas!

Ho soggiornato in questo resort per alcuni giorni a novembre. Il resort è composto da chalet pulitissimi, accessoriati di ogni cosa necessaria, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Courmayeur, ai piedi del Monte Bianco. All’interno è presente il ristorante con menù alla carta; i piatti, tipicamente valdostani, sono tutti buonissimi. Al mattino una fantastica colazione a buffet con prodotti sia dolci che salati. Lo chef Giovanni ha sfornato dei panettoni superlativi, e non solo!! Purtroppo non sono riuscita ad usufruire della SPA e della favolosa piscina con vista sulle Alpi, ma senza dubbio meritano entrambe. Insomma… complimenti vivissimi al Direttore, Sig. John Ferraris, e a tutto il suo staff. Tutti cordialissimi, molto professionali e disponibili ad ogni richiesta dei clienti. A presto! Tornerò sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per la seconda volta in pochi anni e non possiamo non elogiare l’eccellente lavoro svolto dal direttore John e da tutto il suo magnifico staff. Il resort sorge a pochi passi dal centro di Courmayeur, ai piedi del Monte Bianco, ed è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per farvi trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax. Gli chalet sono pulitissimi, super accoglienti e presentano un arredamento prevalentemente in legno che vi farà immergere nella tipica atmosfera alpina. Il ristorante offre un menù alla carta con piatti tipicamente valdostani, mentre a colazione potrete gustare ottimi croissant e deliziose torte artigianali. Molto ricca anche la parte salata, con salumi e formaggi tipici. Una menzione speciale va fatta all’area wellness, dotata di un’ampia spa con sauna, bagno turco, angolo tisane e una splendida piscina panoramica riscaldata con vista direttamente sulle Alpi. Complimenti a tutta la squadra, torneremo sicuramente appena possibile!
