Iberostar Cozumel

Another amazing trip to our favorite place! The staff at the Iberostar are amazing! You will not find another resort in Cozumel that offers the same services and friendly staff. The check-in process is seamless with Isabel, and Flo from guest services is kind and will help you with anything. The rooms are clean and the fridge is stocked daily. We eat at the buffet for all three meals, the buffets offer a great variety of food. Look for Cindy at the breakfast and lunch buffet. She will always greet you with a smile and she will be part of your family by the end of your stay. She is definitely a member favorite! The beach is beautiful, but bring water shoes if you intend to go in the ocean as it is rocky. The snorkeling is great with plenty of beautiful fish right in front of the resort. The star friends will keep you entertained throughout the day. Big Thank you to Jerry, Judy, Betty, and Azael for making our last two trips so much fun! Fabian the chef always makes sure he stops by whether we’re at the pool, eating, or walking around to make sure we have everything we need. There is a dive shop on resort, but we switched to Scuba Tony. He takes out smaller groups and we have had great dives with him. He will also pick you up right in front of the resort. I can’s say enough about this resort except we will keep coming back!! We have tried other resorts in Cozumel and nothing compares, especially the friendly staff. Give it a try, can’t wait to return.
