✓ Breakfast Policy

Breakfast is available at an additional charge of VND 400,000 per person per day, if not included in the room rate. Please contact the property directly more information.

✓ Children & Extra Person Policy

Children 0–5 years old: stay free of charge when using existing bedding

Children 6–11 years old: charged VND 700,000/child/night when using existing bedding (breakfast included)

From 12 years old and above: considered as adults and charged VND 1,650,000/person/night (breakfast included)

Each room can accommodate up to 2 children aged 11 or below sharing existing bedding with their parents (surcharges may apply as mentioned above)

Above surcharges are not included in the room rate and must be paid for separately at check-in.

All cots, extra beds, and special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

✓ Check-in Requirements

Please provide the name of the lead guest who will be staying at the time of booking. The credit card holder’s name must match the name of the guest staying at the hotel.

In compliance with Vietnamese Government regulations, all guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in.

- For foreign guests: A passport with a valid visa or entry/exit stamp, or a permanent/temporary resident card is required.

- For Vietnamese guests: A Citizen Identification Card (CCCD), the VNeID application, or a Level 2 Birth Certificate with a personal identification code (for children), issued by a competent authority, is required.

Please kindly present the above documents and credit card upon check-in.

A cash or credit card security deposit of VND 1,000,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.

✓ In the case of room types with the Spa Inclusive name, please note that:

Included: 60-minute spa treatment for 2 adults at SIA SPA.

Treatment Option: Energy recovery treament - Shiatsu.

Reservation: Advance reservation is required at least 24 hours prior to date of usage.

✓ Access to certain facilities may be subject to the regulations of Da Nang Mikazuki Hotel and Mikazuki Water Park 365, including opening hours and age/height/weight restrictions for slides and adventure games.

✓ Da Nang Mikazuki notifies that the renovation and enhancement work on the Hinode Garden Area will commence on October 1st, 2025, and continue until further notice. All other areas will remain fully operational and serviced as usual.
