Service is good, food is even better. Expensive but worth the price. Can be better if the projector in the room works better. There is no wall to cast the projector on. Soaking tub was not very clean so I didn’t use it.

作為一個細節控，這個酒店的一切都精準卡到了心巴上。裝修風格高度統一，不零碎；裝修施工精細，沒有高低不平的線腳踢腳和插座，對視覺強迫症極度友好。用材真材實料，沒有以次充好。沒有中國絕大多數民宿的衹能看照片的通病。也沒有為了假裝高級的各種偽科技。這些不僅體現在硬件上，軟件也是如此，從布草到洗澡液潤膚乳等等都是好東西，是日常生活中會選的產品。
服務更是給人極大驚喜，非常周到，這種周到不是那種統一培訓僵硬化的周到，而是確實用心思在人身上的周到，很多微小的細節，每個員工都能注意並服務到，這點極其難得，因為好服務不難，但是發自內心用心的服務很難。一兩個能做到不難，每個員工都能做到很難，這裏完美的做到了。
並且，這家店的老闆也是極其少見的大氣：所有水果飲料任吃，不會出現雖説任吃，但不擺夠量的情況，每天早餐到 11 點，説是一份套餐，飯量大的想加可以不限量，可以説衹要店裡有備的水果咖啡鮮榨果汁飲料點心等等，想吃隨時不限量免費供應，酒水除外。
房間有多舒適風景有多美不需多言，衹能説比照片還好，在這裏住了 6 天，每天都會和朋友們感慨一下這裏的舒適和愜意。
一間寶藏民宿，完全改觀了本人對中國民宿衹能看照片，不能住的印象，以後還要再來，希望能一直保持，也祝老闆生意越做越好，在雲南各地開多幾家這樣高標準的店。

裝修非常有品位、有特色，房型俯噉洱海，躲在床上座擁洱海美景，視野開闊，空氣特別清新。客服小妹妹温柔細心，有問必應，隨叫隨到。早餐很有特色，品種不太多但樣樣精緻，且可不限量添加，尤其是瓦罐米線做得非常地道。下次去大理一定還要住這裏！
