這酒店真是離了個大譜，搞不起延遲退房就不要搞，還有保潔在延退期間悄摸摸收拾一半衞生的，前台服務也是出爾反爾，都明白酒店要多掙錢，一個湖景還分若干個樓層，還這個能升那個不能升，這幅要錢的嘴臉真是噁心透了。圖1和圖3是保潔悄摸摸不收拾的，圖2和圖4是保潔收拾一半的。

非常滿意的一家酒店
地理位置屬於大理的城區，酒店門口就是大理碼頭，可以坐船，距離高鐵站大概5分鐘車程，真的非常方便。
Dorisss提前加了微信，安排升級了房型，小朋友非常喜歡坐在窗前看海，提前準備好了床圍欄踩腳蹬，房間面積也比較寬敞
對大理的酒店真的是挑了好久好久，鉑爾曼可能去古城或是洱海比較遠，但是非常適合到達或是離開的時候來住兩晚，順便去雲想山，真的太美啦

在上千家酒店中，最後還是鎖定了這家五星級酒店。很慶幸選擇了在下關的位置，包車出遊及其方便，一路玩過去發現性價比遠遠高於雙廊和古城的民宿酒店。尤其是鉑爾曼的服務，堪稱一絕細節中見品質，特別感謝King的幫助和服務，從接機接站到旅遊攻略，無微不至！ 如果大家是對品質有要求的，可以穩妥的鎖定鉑爾曼！（温馨提醒：千萬別被那些美美的民宿給照騙了，太開盲盒了）
