My parents had a lunch with their friends. Absolutely stunning location with very nice food.The property manager guided us very well regarding choice of our dishes beforehand only and the food was served on time.Hospitality was also very nice.

Incredible stay at Mayfair Jungpana! We happened to get really lucky when our original accommodation fell through in Darjeeling and we were allocated Jungpana. From start to finish, it was a perfect place. The service from all staff was friendly, attentive and prompt. The very accomplished chef, Kailash, made the most delicious vegetarian food. He varied the cuisines every evening and took our preferences into account (the best fried corn starter we've ever had!). The manager, Uma Shankar, made sure that we had everything we needed for our day and made sure on the day of departure that we had a packed breakfast as we had an early start to the airport. We had the opportunity to visit the tea factory on the tea estate and were given a tour by the very knowledgeable manager, Mr. Chowdary. The rooms are extremely luxurious, the hotel itself is well decorated, the facilities are fantastic. The surroundings are perfect at 4000 ft above sea level. Views for days!

This resort is peaceful and beautiful! The chef went out of his way to create incredible meals, personalized for our wants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff lit a fire for us each night. Highly recommend! Take a tour of the tea factory to see their process!

We spent 3 nights at Mayfair Manor Jungpana. The grounds are beautiful. The 4-room suites at Mayfair Manor Jungpana were incredible- every convenience was offered. The food was OUTSTANDING and the service was wonderful. Be aware, however, that it is located in a very isolated place in the mountains near Darjeeling. It was a 2+ hour trip to Darjeeling the next day for sightseeing! Highly recommended for a relaxing visit but impractical if you are hoping to sightsee in Darjeeling. A wonderful place for a family retreat or a mini-conference!

We three couples stayed in Mayfair Jungpana hotel for two nights and it was a wonderful experience We were greeted by the manager Mr Umashankar very warmly and he personally looked after our well being . The chef Mr Kailash Barik was personally ensuring that we get the food which we enjoy and the entire food was superb . Mr Dilip Chhetri was personally looking after our comforts . We also visited the Jungpana tea garden where we were greeted by Mr Ravindra Chaudhry

This place is much beyond what one would expect after the waist breaking ride from Siliguri. The car drive is full of adventure and the driver does it as if he knows the place by the back of his hand. You get to criss cross the famous toy train on your way to Jungpana.Pravakar who trebles up as the security head, tour guide and event coordinator greets you with a wide warm smile. Mr Uma is ever welcoming and his smile and warmth will keep you mesmerized throughout your stay. If this was not enough, Chef Kailash will churn out ethnic and continental dishes alike and will ensure that you never forget him. The staff at the resort are mostly locals and will keep you telling about the Jungpana estate, its tea gardens and factory situated downhill.Pravakar will accompany you on tour guides for the trek uphill and factory tour downhill while doubling himself as the most sought after nature photographer. Food is delicious and the freshly brewed tea from the estate will make you ecstatic. The memory of this resort is Etched in my memory forever

Fantastic resort to stay, beautiful place, Staffs are very decent and diligent, Sri Uma ji, Manager & Chef Mr Kailash ji and all others viz. Mr Mukti is cordial and cooperative. Food was delicious. Overall outstanding experience. Amazing ambience, thanks to all in Mayfair Jungpana

You must have heard the term 'Slow Living'. The Mayfair Jungpana is living slow at its most luxurious and premium point. It is nestled in between lush tea gardens on slopes on Kurseong hills. The rooms and the estate is really premium and well appointed. It has only 12 rooms and all are fabulous. The service is beyond the best you have ever received in any property in India. I thank Mr.Uma Shankar and his team for our fabulous stay in celebrating our father's 60th birthday at this breath taking property.
