The Cedar Inn, high above the town, is a beautiful, well-mantained property. Our room was very comfortable, had all the mod-cons and we had a wondrous view of the mountains. The staff is extremely courteous and very service minded. My wife and I felt like we were treated like royalty.

Cedar Inn has a very special atmosphere. My room had a view out to the Himalayas early in the morning, which was amazing and beautiful. The staff were all attentive and Neera added a very personal touch. The food is excellent and there is an excellent library from which to borrow during your stay.

Cedar Inn is beautifully located providing breathtaking views of the mountains. The interiors are wood panelled and the lighting is warm. Their hospitality is out of this world. They took care of all our needs even without us spelling it out. The rooms are warm, clean and well-maintained and we could see Kanchenjunga from our room window. If you keep the curtains open at night, you may wake up in your bed looking at Kanchenjunga early morning. Another thing worth mentioning is the delicious food that was served to us with utmost care for our taste and preferences. What stood out for us during our stay here was the warmth and mindfulness which extended from the interiors, to the food and to the behaviour of the people...so warm and welcoming!

Cedar Inn is lovely. It’s away from the town, very peaceful, and has a wonderful charm. The people are warm and always smiling. Mr. Sanjay Nangia, Mr. Mingma Sherpa, and their team are the best. The rooms are wooden and cozy, with breathtaking views of the mountains. Mist comes in through the windows, beside which you can sit, have coffee, and read all day, I promise. All is quiet except the chirping of birds and the occasional, faint whistle of the toy train in the distance. There’s something magical here when it rains.

It was a great experience with Cedar inn specially the Place where it’s situated have a heavenly view of nature. I have stayed there with family and had very generous hospitality. Food was awesome and special thanks to Mr. Sanjay nangia. Lots of love to the Hotel and the whole staff.
