Such an awesome place it was . Well it was my second visit . Whole team made me feel like a second home . They were so cooperative & understanding. Right from the booking Mr Somdutta Das Mahapatra looked after every details so that my arrival & check in process became seamless as much as possible . During my stay the Duty manager looked after our needs & helped us whenever we needed any assistance . Well !! Being from Kolkata we always look for some place where we can spend few days away from the chaos . This was the perfect location we were looking for situated near the foothills of Himalaya . There are different kinds of activities one can do during their stay in the resort like cycling in the trail of the tea garden , gym , swimming etc . We stayed during the Diwali break . We also got to bust firecrackers with staffs . It was an awesome experience as a whole . We hope to get back to the resort again . Thanks team Mayfair Siliguri .

It was one of the best Spa I have ever been. Sonam and Chanchala were great therapists. Room was so big and all the setup was awesome. All the staffs at the front desk were welcoming. Definitely they are compelling to be back again.
