We had an absolutely amazing stay at Taj Chia Kutir Darjeeling! Nestled in the heart of the hills, the tranquil atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. The tea plantation trek was a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a serene experience. The free yoga classes were a wonderful addition, helping us feel completely rejuvenated. The food was delicious, with a variety of flavorful options to suit every palate. Above all, the staff were exceptional – attentive, warm, and incredibly helpful. It was truly a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!

ロケーションとホスピタリティは最高でした。
食事や午後のお茶、マサラティーはさすがこうちゃのふるさとでした。
雲の中に宿泊し、日の出を独り占めの毎日でした。

Taj Chia Kutir is a stunning boutique retreat with breathtaking Kanchenjunga views, lovely rooms, excellent food and a peaceful tea-garden setting. A special thank you to Gesika Lama for her warm smile, thoughtful recommendations and going out of her way to make our stay unforgettable. She truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend! Its a franchise and better to avoid , go to alitta resort .you would see leakage everywhere , gym is so basic , there is just one guard when i checked out at 7 am .

Overall wonderful experience. We had the Luxury Valley view rooms on the 6th floor and they were really nice. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. Bhaskar - at the Reception - was always helpful and made the perfect first impression for the hotel. Apil Chhetri is an excellent guide and we really enjoyed our Valley Trek - he is informative, entertaining and helpful. The service and food at the main restaurant were really good. We enjoyed the tea talk at the lounge at 3 pm (apologies, but I forget the gentleman's name).... and tasting the various teas was very educational. My wife used the gym and liked the available equipment. She was also raving about her spa treatment. Just 1 suggestion... please put in more towels (hand & bath) in the room. Thank you very much.

If you can get over the atrocious approach road, you will not be disappointed with this hotel. The views are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and the dining options are wide-ranging. The staff are super friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Do not miss the sunrise at the Tiger Hill viewpoint, it means a very early start from the hotel but to see the sun hit Kanchenjunga mountain is awesome and you are back in time for breakfast. A ride on the Darjeeling toy train is also an interesting experience, especially on the clanking steam train.

Beautiful and amazing experience at Taj Chia Kutir, although its is secluded from the main Darjeelling however the location at which this property is built is mesmerising.
