Ikos Dassia

Location: Situated on the beautiful island of Corfu, the resort provides easy access to local attractions. Guests frequently mention the stunning views and the peaceful, idyllic setting, which contributes to a relaxing holiday experience.

We travelled as a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, we booked very last minute and was only able to get away for 5 nights. Unfortunately, the Greek air traffic controllers decided to strike on our travel day, which was quite chaotic and ended up missing our first day of holiday. We also book our Ikos stays direct and then book flights separate. We booked 2 superior rooms, which were clean, well stocked and in a good location with a sea view. Elena at Dassia, helped me immensely to make sure our room was ready for arrival and helped me to get all the necessary paperwork for our insurance for the day delay. This was the very start of the season and we were very lucky with the weather. The service that you come to expect was there as always. Especially from front of house manager, Elena! She is honestly, the most lovely lady, so organised and so personable. Elena is one of the reasons we book to stay, as she just has such a natural way to make you feel welcome and it feels so genuine. Being the start of the season, there were a couple of times that we had some slow service at the main bar, however this was purely new staff members (many looked as if it was their first job) finding their feet. However, they were all very friendly and apologetic if the service was a little slower than it should have been. We did not mind much, the drinks were worth the wait! All of the food that we had was lovely and fresh. The staff at Ouzo in the evening were particularly amazing and very attentive. Being early in the season the evenings were a little chilly, however it was lovely to still be able to eat outside. There were heaters and blankets were provided if needed. We had some amazing wines recommended by Antonios, who's knowledge was amazing and made some great recommendations. Thank you for an amazing relaxing stay, we will definitely return!

Just returned after another fabulous week at Ikos Dassia. Food, entertainment and service as always were of the highest standard. It has been said before but the staff are the standout stars and I would like to mention a few. Peter - Guest Relations - always so happy to see you and offer any assistance to make your holiday as perfect as possible! Kira and Sotiris - Reservations and Room allocations- really listed to our requests and we were delighted with our rooms! Thanasis - super happy welcome when we arrived, really set the tone for a happy week. Stella - breakfast and Anaya - again always happy to see us and fab service. Ava - Sea Lobby Bar - super attentive with our ‘usual’ tipples. Lovely girls by the Sea pool and beach (sorry forget names). Housekeeping- work tirelessly to keep everything ship shape.
