We had an amazing stay at Sunyata Datong. The hotel beautifully blends traditional Chinese architecture with modern elegance, offering a serene and spotless environment that feels both authentic and refined.
The hospitality was exceptional — every staff member was polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail made the experience truly memorable, from the thoughtful room touches to the warm service at every interaction. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
The breakfast was another highlight, with a wonderful selection of freshly prepared dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented.
A perfect blend of culture, comfort, and heartfelt service — Sunyata Datong is truly a gem and highly recommended for anyone visiting Datong

始於下山，終於下山。
車開到門口就聞到香啦，好感拉滿。硬件絕對Top，客用品也非常有品質。每天晚歸都有開夜床服務和點心水果🍉，被照顧的妥妥的。
服務團隊：相信選該度假酒店的客羣會對其期待比較高。管理團隊成熟處理問題果敢，早餐、客房不錯，房間打掃的很乾凈。抽時間去健身中心體驗了非常棒，如果淋浴間的燈光能調整一下就更完美了。前台服務團隊比較年輕有問必答，在處理問題上比較standard，需要提升smart talk，畢竟直接面對客人各種問題。
其他：
-部分房間還是有明顯裝修或漆味道（原以為項目準備了好幾年應該不會有）。對氣味敏感的建議入住前做好溝通；
-由於調性大堂吧價格偏高；建議可以在公區安排一些自助茶點之類小零食，給空間裏添加一些度假屬性社交內容；
-衣櫃內有手持熨斗方便，床旁邊的沙發和木樁茶几不知道能否有更好的佈局。
也感謝度假酒店根據需求適時調整退房時間，讓我們的旅途沒有後顧之憂。

酒店很不錯，特別有文化，服務也貼心，在設計上花了不少心思，泳池上方的壁畫給人感覺很震撼，工作人員也特別熱情，會給你講店裡的老物件，房間住着寬敞舒服，餐廳也很照顧小朋友，有清淡的菜可選，酒店晚上也很安靜，燈光一打氛圍感十足，很喜歡還會再來。

大同旅行給這家酒店一個5星好評，貼心又有温度的管家式服務，真的是讓我未達先暖，能夠感受到每一位員工都是在用心在服務，早餐是半自助模式兼具品質與品味推薦他們家的“班尼迪克蛋”味道超好，酒店衞生也很好一進大堂對面就是塊大玻璃，要是沒有員工提示我都要撞上了，設計就不用説了能看出來真的是用了心非常喜歡穿堂院的設計，拍照也很漂亮。

👎 有些小BUG •淋浴間地漏排水太墨跡了 擋水也沒做好 沖涼的時候 濕區的水一直漫到幹區 •窗簾盒內置光源沒有作導光處理 很刺眼 每次靠在沙發上 頭一抬 燈帶的光直射眼睛 體驗很不好
