設施：酒店內部五樓觀景台視野無敵，拍照打卡絕佳位置，關鍵是咖啡館也很漂亮，可以坐着看梅里雪山。
衞生：乾淨明亮，配套用品也還不錯，對得起房間價格。
環境：陽台直接對着雪山，床上躺着就可以看到日照金山，可以起早拍完回去繼續睡。
服務：工作人員都很熱情，還有兩衹大狗狗也非常可愛，設定的一些活動，煙花、煨桑、雪山夜話都很不錯。
還會推薦朋友選擇這裏看雪山。

環境：現在是淡季，很安靜，s視野不錯但是天氣不好沒看到山，大堂温馨舒適，有兩衹友善的大狗
服務：很好，接送很快，管家回覆各種需求都非常及時，每天都提醒參加特色活動

管家升級了房間，體驗感很好。
房間直麪雪山，無任何遮擋，靜靜坐在屋裡就可以看着外面的美景。
洗護用品都是寶格麗，還提供一次性浴巾等衞生用品。
我們自駕過來，有個小地庫可以停車，很方便，我看還有充電樁給來的電車充電。
另外，在高海拔的地方，有電梯是多麼的重要。

這次雲南之行最滿意的一家酒店，不管是服務還是室內外環境佈置都沒得説。
服務上完全對標內地五星酒店水準，管家式服務非常細緻貼心，來客有接送，每天都會在酒店內組織娛樂活動（煨桑、放煙花等等），早餐可以打包送房間，夜宵會提前問好主客需求，每個工作人員都很禮貌友善，連店裡的狗狗都很乖。
關於環境，客房躺床上就能看日照金山，樓頂咖啡廳和觀景台風景和光線都巨好，怎麼拍都出片，甚至客房陽台還配備了手機支架方便住客拍攝。

酒店很不錯，躺在床上就能看到雪山，晚上還會送晚安甜湯，熱乎乎的很好喝～ 晚上會放個小煙花，美絕！酒店還有免費拍照體驗（沒有額外的費用！放心！）拍完現場細節傳到手機，很少有這麼誠心的店家了hhh
店裡有兩衹狗狗，雖然大衹但温順的很！下次追金山還會再來！

房間位置很好，天台和餐廳、酒店門外、我訂的房間露台都能欣賞到梅里雪山。服務非常周到，下午茶、晚安甜湯、早餐都很不錯。酒店自營的餐廳價格在景區來説是很良心。房間不算大，夠住，有電梯。到達離開都熱情幫忙提行李。值得推薦！
