The rooms are thoughtfully designed with both comfort and scenic views in mind. Most accommodations feature either direct pool access or stunning sea views, ensuring a memorable and picturesque stay. The staff, from reception to bellboys and valets, are exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere throughout the property. Even the security staff at the front gate are very nice and welcoming, adding to the sense of comfort and hospitality from the very moment you arrive.

Kaldığımız oda harikaydı, bence tek eksiği mini buzdolabı daha soğutan bir model veya en azından içine buz konan olabilirdi, bu seviye bir yere göre, çünkü dolaptan aldığınız bir gazlı içeciği veya içkiyi tüketmek istemeyebilirsiniz. Onun dışında oda mükemmeldi.
Pastanesi kusursuz, hem hizmet kalitesi hem ürünlerin kalitesiyle çok güzeldi, en sevdiğim alan oldu, kendi yaptıkları icetea çok lezzetli.
Miniclub hem gündüz hem akşam olarak çok keyifli bir yerdi. Oğlumuz çok sevdi, özellikle ablalar güleryüzlü ve iletişimleri güçlü sorumluluk sahibi kişilerdi. Etkinlikleri ve mini disco çok güzeldi, kesinlikle tercih sebeplerinden olur miniclub.
Ala carte mevzusu bence en sıkıntılı yer. Almanız imkansıza yakın, saat 10:00’da uygulamadan yapmanız lazım ama 1 dakika içinde bitmiş oluyor. Sonra bakıyorsunuz aslında her yer dolu da değil belli ki 1-2 masa yer açılıyor onu da şansına alan alıyor, ilettiğinizde 1500 kişi var otelde haliyle almak zor deniyor. Tiger ve kara imkansız cibes bir ihtimal alabilirsiniz. Mesela hem girişte hem müşteri ilişkilerine belirttiğimiz halde evlilik yıldönümümüz de rezervasyon yaptıramadık, başka bir gün kendimiz denk getirebildik.
Fishcampte serpme kahvaltı var rezervasyonsuz ama kalabalıksa hizmet çok da iyi değil, mesela bir sabah simit kalmamıştı, herkese yok dediler, simitlerin olduğu açık büfeyle arası yürüme olarak 3 dk falandır. İstenilen içecekler gelmedi gelen eksik geldi vesaire. Bu aksilikler sadece birgün oldu sonrasında zaten o garsonun baktığı yere oturmadık öyle çözdük.
Diğer en sıkıntılı olay, havuzda qr okutup sipariş veriyorsunuz, hızlı ve güzel şekilde geliyor; fakat bazen sistem çalışmıyor, sipariş veriyorsunuz ama bara gitmiyor, haliyle öylece bekliyorsunuz ne barın sizden haberi var ne sizin onlardan. 5 günde 2-3 kere oldu.
Sonuç olarak güzel yer, aksilikler yaşadık ama bizim için çok önemli değil belki araştıranlar için önemlidir diye detaylı yazdım, tekrar gideceğimiz bir yer.

Şemsiyelerde masalarda kare kod uygulaması var direk sipariş verilebiliyor en büyük kolaylık bence bara gidip gelmen gerekmiyor. +16 yaş olan bölümler var çok iyi düşünülmüş odalar geniş ferah kullanışlı saç duzlestiricisine kadar koyulmuş herşey başarılı.
