硬件和軟件都很差的酒店。
訂的小套房，但結構很奇怪，尤其是淋浴房，沒有門也毫無遮擋，洗個澡地上都濕了，為了設計感就犧牲功能性嗎？
床也很不舒服，被子小得不行。
服務更是差到不行。
首先是餐廳服務員都不會説英語，超難溝通。第二天早上起得比較早，電梯都沒有開，好不容易走樓梯到了一樓，健身房沒有開（checkin的時候沒有任何人提醒過健身房不是24小時），想找個人問一下健身房幾點開沒有找到任何人。整個酒店無人值班的嗎？

Das Hotel ist schon etwas Besonderes - Viel Design und am Anfang ist man etwas erschlagen, aber es sind viele Details, die man mit der Zeit entdeckt :-)
Es war, wenn auch nur für 1 Nacht, fast wie Urlaub - auf der Terrasse einen Drink im Sonnenschein - morgens beim Frühstück
Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind alle einfach gut und machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
Die ruhige Lage (am Wochenende ist die Baustelle nebenan nicht spürbar) und trotzdem die Nähe zur tollen Stadt Dinkelbühl machen das Ganze rund.

wir waren schon 3 Mal hier.
Die Lage ist super zur absolut sehenswerten Innenstadt.
Frühstück ist eines der besten, das ich in 40 Jahren Consulting-Außendienst und jedes Jahr 23 Hotelreisen hatte. Wenn man Brotfan ist sollte man versuchen um 08:30 beim da zu sein.
Jetzt gibt es auch eine Sauna und einen sehr kleinen Fitnessraum.
Die Zimmer sind nagelneu, modern und mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht.
Das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich. Kleinere Probleme wie z.B. eine nicht verbuchte Zahlung über trip.com werden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst.
Das Parkhaus ist im Ganzen 24 Stunden für 10 EUR zu haben. Reist man gegen 16 Uhr an, hat man genug Zeit sich die Gegend und Dinkelsbühl in Ruhe anzusehen.
