Best hotel ever! My husband and I travel quite a bit, especially around Europe. This hotel, by far, is one of our favorite. First, the location is unbeatable. A bit outside of the old town, which is a major plus - away from the heavy crowds! Secondly, it sits right on the water! The view is truly spectacular; we saw some of the most beautiful sunsets there. Thirdly, we arrived very early (7am), and they kindly offered to accommodate our room. Lastly, everything was very clean, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We really have only great things to say! What a wonderful experience! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is our second time at the hotel, and we are always very satisfied with our experience. The staff go above and beyond for every guest. First time here they surprised me with a birthday cake in our room (the saw on my passport it was my birthday two days after chekcing in) and second time they noticed it was our honeymoon and surprised us with a bottle of champagne. The hotel is spotless, smells amazing (still need to ask them what scents they use). We have breakfast included and it is always great. The pool area is lovely with a great selection of food and drinks. Short walk away are loads of shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is a one minute walk from the hotel and the views are amazing. We feel inlove with Dubrovnik and a huge reason is because of this hotel. Would recommend it to everyone.

We booked this hotel for a 5 night honeymoon to relax and it did not disappoint. The hotel feels very new and modern and on arrival to reception you are met with the most amazing sea view. Check in was super fast and we were straight to our pool view room which was a really good size. We had everything we needed and a great balcony to sit on. The hairdryer took a bit of finding (it's in a drawer under the sink that's not obviously a drawer). Other than that, we couldn't have had a nicer room. Nice and quiet and made up every day with a complementary chocolate. The hotel has some great facilities. The pool area is great and we were very appreciative of the no reserving sunbeds rule and never once struggled to get one no matter what time we arrived. Towels are provided at the pool too and the pool itself is great with amazing views over the bay. The gym looks well equipped. Enough dumbbells and machines to make a decent workout. We also tried the indoor pool one day due to it raining which is nice but no windows. Hotel WiFi is ok but not amazing. The food and drink at the hotel is outstanding. No more costly than the nearby restaurants and bars and an amazing selection with fast service. We ate breakfast and lunch and no complaints. We also made use of the local bars and restaurants which are all easily accessed from the promenade on floor 0. Of note are Pullover restaurant which offered amazing food and there is a restaurant to the right of the hotel as you leave on floor zero that offers lovely lunch choices. The floor 10 bar also is worth a visit, great cocktails and views. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the shops and a bus stop but be warned the buses to Old Town get super busy and it's a squeeze to get on. We recommend finding an earlier stop for number 6 bus than the one just at the end of the promenade. Old Town is fantastic and the walls are worth the €40 but I'd do it at a cooler time of day, avoid 10-4 as it gets a bit uncomfortable. They are also really high so not great for people who don't love heights. There are also a lot of steps. We will come back here as we really enjoyed both the hotel and it's location.

Beautiful hotel in Lapad. Very clean room with a kettle and a hairdryer (although if you have long or thick hair, I would pack your own). Comfy beds and chocolates on pillow ever night. Staff are lovely! Stayed B & B and the buffet breakfast was fresh and plentiful. No morning mimosa, but you can't have everything. Pool is very cold, but refreshing once you get in. Sunset beach is just across the road. Unfortunately, although the hotel policy states no sunbed reservation, there was a lot of it going on whilst we were there. Beds reserved by 8am with a hotel towel and personal items (book, hat etc). These beds were sometimes left like this for hours. Smoking is prevalent, around the pool and in all the bars and cafe's. Not a problem for me, as hubby smokes and it was nice that he didn't keep disappearing, but if this habit offends you, this might not be the area for you. Great bakery at the top of the promenade, just past the bus stop. Baked goods for less than 2€. Number 6 bus to old town very frequent and under 4€ return. Trip to Lokrum well worth the 30€, take a swimsuit and towel, as there are lots of places for a refreshing dip. Also worth a visit is Panorama Resturant ( we got an Uber, 30€ each way). Book in advance if you want an evening front row table. I didn't know about the city tax, but at 2.65€ per unit, per night it didn't break the bank. Don't forget your beach shoes! Take snorkel gear if that is your thing, as the water is so clear!
