We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I’d like to give a special shout-out to our personal host 小郝He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our trip. Whether it was helping us get a power adapter or sharing local travel tips, he always responded quickly and went above and beyond to assist us. The Japanese dishes provided by the hotel was also very delicious and the service was incredible.

The best private hot spring, in the backyard of your room. Great for families or couples. Clean and modernly equipped rooms; Exquisite gardens and buildings. Interesting breakfast.

We had the most wonderful stay! A big thank you to the manager and all the staff for making us feel so welcome and so well taken care of. We traveled with our 4 year old and 5 month old and kindly got upgraded to the family suit which was kids heaven! My daughter spent a lot of time playing with the toys provided and enjoyed feeding the deer and fish. The dinner was excellent as well and we loved having our own hot spring! The staff were so kind and even held our baby so we could eat breakfast and dinner hands free! I couldn’t recommend this hotel more and can’t wait to come back!

這次入住成都飲馬川酒店的體驗堪稱完美！從踏入酒店的那一刻，就被靜謐優美的環境治癒了，但最讓我感動的是這裏超有温度的服務！當發現孩子把大疆麥克風不慎遺失在草叢裡，正當我心急如焚時，負責放小鹿的吳叔二話不説，陪着我在草叢中仔細搜尋，憑藉他對園區的熟悉，最終幫我找回了，真的太感謝了！還有貼心的管家小張，從入住到離店全程跟進，不僅耐心解答我的各種問題，還貼心跟進各項服務，事事都為客人考慮周全。酒店的服務細節拉滿，房間舒適，風景如畫，下次來成都一定還選這裏！強烈推薦給大家！

設施：舒適！🧐我本來就很喜歡日系的酒店，因為日系本來就是遠渡重洋的唐風，相當於穿越感受盛唐風情！房間的泡池（**都金鑽了有發言權）是我住過的所有私湯類型裏，上水最快，使用最便利的，比江浙滬一帶扣扣索索的入住衹能泡一次什麼的大氣多了！
小鹿實在太加分了，非常友好，餵養不上牙齒，很温柔不會傷到客人的手，而且很親人如圖！！！
還有食堂的小咪！太可愛了🧐直接一個抱起來不伸爪子不逃，一看就知道店裡人養得很好！
衞生：非常乾淨！不論房間，公區，都沒話説，而且園林這麼密集，能打理得如此乾淨是用心的。
環境：舒服，餐廳，公區廁所，大堂都非常有品，
我最喜歡大堂去餐廳的迴廊，太出片了，傍晚進藍調時間後，外面一片深藍，廊內暖黃燈光絕美！唯獨我對紅色的路邊宮燈不感冒，感覺顏色有點跳，做做舊可能會更好
服務：前台小姐姐真的是！！！又漂亮又暖心！！！服務得無微不至，不管是微信上，實際行動中沒得挑剔！這個地方是貴的，但是品質值得！
