酒店比較偏，晚上想要叫外賣是沒有辦法送到的。衞生可以。訂的親子房，比較大，裝修風格簡約風。但是可以看出裝修質量是真不行，5000多一晚的房費啊，這個裝修質量。。。服務還行吧，能看出工作人員很努力想做好，但是離配得起價格的服務真的有一定距離。沒什麼設施和娛樂，孩子也挺無聊的。説實話，性價比真的很低。酒店有夕陽露沙漠野餐，價格不便宜，但能承包一個沙漠，還是玩的比較愉快。

酒店團隊用實力證明了碧玥是敦煌高奢不二之選，可以感受到酒店借鑒彙集了世界各地不少高奢酒店的要素，住的非常舒心。
西域火鍋很好吃，愛拍照女生，沙漠野餐真的強烈推薦，日落時分配上精心佈置超級出片。
在此，特別特別表揚管家Flora，完美適配我們的各種任性要求，貼心買好防沙鞋套，根據天氣狀況和我們時間安排協調野餐，安排接送機，還給升級了房間，各種各種周到安排。
還要表揚餐廳，外出遲了，深夜十二點還給送來烤雞；司機小哥和嚮導，各項業務嫻熟，而且拍照技術很好；頂樓酒吧小哥，耐心周到，放完的仙女棒還幫收拾。
總體，團隊服務意識強，周到禮貌很貼心，很高興看到敦煌有這樣和國際水平接軌的酒店。

這次敦煌之旅東驛和碧月都住了一晚，相同的價格，卻體會到了天差地別的服務和體驗。硬件和裝修風格都非常滿意，拍照也很出片。但之所以會寫下這篇評論，主要是因為碧月的管家Luke提供的服務和熱情，確實讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的體驗，把客人的需求永遠排在第一位。從出發前預訂酒店，電話裏有效的交流，因為我們沒有跟團，Luke主動根據我們航班為我們安排行程，包括整個過程用車，門票，飲食都提供了非常有用的建議。能讓你感覺到他會盡全力去滿足你的一切需求。包括整個碧月服務團隊都能感受到這種以客人需求和感受為主的態度，真的讓人感覺非常舒服。建議各位，如果你像我之前那樣猶豫東驛和碧月的話，相信我，不需要一個一天，無腦選擇碧月，無腦聯繫Luke!

酒店很漂亮，設計中融入了很多敦煌本地元素，很有一些巧思。房間號不是連貫的，與莫高窟編號相對應，可以在去莫高窟的時候留意一下自己住的是哪一窟。收藏了一些文物擺在大廳，管家fei講解了一番，有點小博物館那意思了。服務設施環境都不用説。下午茶兼酒吧值得體驗一下，有些當地特色點心，酒也還可以。另外，酒店的木質香芬很喜歡。

服務：管家luke非常貼心，回覆迅速，很多天前就聯繫介紹酒店。
環境：雖然離市區遠，但非常安靜，周圍都是葡萄園，八九月份葡萄下來了應該會很好看。唯一不足可能酒店稍微小了點，房間少，旺季可能不太好定。
設施：比較有藝術氣息，非常適合拍照。
衞生：衞生做的也不錯，打掃的很及時。
