酒店設施還可以，但服務是真拉胯，前台接待完全不熱情，很敷衍。
房間的空調不行，出風有異味。
早餐還行，不像之前評論説的沒什麼種類，還是挺多選擇的，但服務員也是態度一言難盡，那個煮麪的阿姨也是不耐煩…

4月17日至22日，再次入住都勻勻東，貴州飯店，酒店前台經理王世芳升級了房型，經歷前後六天五個晚上入住，感覺舒適、空氣清新，非常享受。酒店在飲食方面做得很好，早、中、晚餐都有，還有夜宵。客房服務員工作勤勤懇懇，熱情服務。非常感謝貴州飯店的全體員工！

酒店裝修高檔大氣，房間寬敞明亮，熱水足。高鐵站免費接送服務特別好，接送準時，並且在高鐵站還有飯店的Vip休息廳。酒店隔壁就是博物館閑暇時光還可以參觀一下。

非常好的酒店，包括乾濕分離雙地巾在內的標準五星級設施很完備，小童房很温馨且樂高積木都是全新的看來平日親子房入住不多。
説完優點，但有兩個很缺點很明顯，值得專門注意：
1）攜程註明的“贈送接送站服務”，酒店前台理解是“接or送，僅限一次”，這就非常搞笑了，作為勻東站附近15分鐘車程內唯一的高星酒店選擇，高鐵中轉過站旅客應該也是一大客源，這邊地廣人稀不好打車，怎麼搞出來“衹管接不管送”的特色服務？！
2）凌晨2:30，房間座機響了，接起來沒人説話大約十幾秒後被掛斷；立即回電前台要求查證怎麼回事，但截至早晨9點離店，酒店衹説“經查客房前台等部門沒有打過，但具體誰打的不知道”。
這個安保系統存在巨大漏洞，家人還以為是有壞人踩點導致不敢完全關燈睡覺，且一晚上沒有睡安穩，這是十分糟糕的服務，具有潛在違法犯罪空間，應該得到酒店重視。

房間空調進風口金屬聲異響一直吵到天亮，沒睡好！房間空調熱風開到35°還不暖和！室外3°屋內空調開了一晚上才12°！顯示17°也是假的 太冷了！
