This was our first visit to the Manor House and we could hardly wait to check in after day of boating on Loch Erne. Staff were friendly on arrival and check in was swift. Our room was on the same floor at end of the corridor. We found the room to be nicely decorated but slightly stuffy. There was a pre-printed note on the table advising that due to the vicinity of the hotel to the Lake flies are prone to come in and turn off lights if windows are open. We choose not to open the windows as there were already nests of flies on the inside of the windows and did not want to increase their numbers. There was no air conditioning but a fan was available. Dinner was served in The Cellar Restaurant and we were seated immediately. Sadly I released about 15 minutes later that we were not given menus as others seated after us had had their orders taken. Our order was eventually taken and there was quite a lapse of time between courses. We enjoyed our meal but staff appeared to be slightly overwhelmed and no one ever returned to ask if we were content or needed anything further. About 5:45am the next morning, the fire alarm sounded but then stopped after a seconds which appeared to be a false alarm. Shortly after about 6:00am, a food service delivery truck starting reversing just under our room/window. I believe that hotel staff should advise customers that room 401 sits directly over the delivery area: had staff told us we would have asked for an alternative room. The scenery and surroundings are beautiful but the negatives experienced dampened our stay.

Absolutely love this hotel! Myself and my husband been going here over 10 years, lots of changes in that time but service is always top class, the staff can't do enough for you and so friendly. Had a full body massage this time with Karen and OMG was amazing, so relaxing. Had dinner in the cellar bar the night we arrived which was lovely, recommend the fish and chips! The next night we ate in the restaurant for my husbands birthday which was a real treat! Gorgeous grounds we got lovely weather for a walk. Plan to return in January as they always do a great sale. Highly recommend!

We recently got married here in July, we honestly had the best day ever. Una, Jodie and the team could not do enough for us and our day definitely would not have been the same without them. The communication was brilliant and Una answered every question we had on the lead up to the wedding. All of our guests commented on the personal nature of the team and how they took there time to learn guests names and make everyone feel so welcome. The set up in the ceremony and reception room was amazing and everything we could have ever asked for. We highly recommend the Manor House as a wedding venue!

We were on a 2 night stay with 1 evening meal provided by our children. We have been many times and this was probably the best. The weather was beautiful which made the setting even better. As it was a special occasion the hotel very kindly upgraded our room and the room was fantastic overlooking Lough Erne. The hotel has to be one of the few remaining that brings your breakfast to you and it was lovely. The evening meal was absolutely stunning so my thanks to the restaurant team. The staff were of a very high standard and that was reflected in their care of us. We loved it so much we booked a third night. I would highly recommend.

This has been such a treat of a weekend. What a beautiful hotel, in a gorgeous location. The rooms are spotless, we had a fabulous lakeside view, well appointed with everything you need. Both the Cellar Bar and the Belleek Restaurant serve delicious food and the service was excellent. Breakfast is also delicious, we were seated in the conservatory so we were able to enjoy even more of the view.

Returned to the Manor House for a birthday treat. Absolutely fantastic stay. Emma checked us in and Rebekah had organised a room upgrade and I think the lovely card and chocolates left in our room on my birthday were organised by Rebekah too so thank you! It was lovely chatting over the weekend with Rebekah and we told her that the staff in the hotel are so friendly and the guests all acknowledge each other with a hello and a smile, obviously relaxed and enjoying the hotel atmosphere. Beautiful room overlooking the lough so the views in the morning and at sunset were stunning. Such a comfortable room and lovely sitting on the sofa with a drink and relaxing. Our son had flowers delivered to the room and if anyone thought of doing so they were absolutely beautiful so well done to the florist. Ate both nights in the Cellar Bistro and great service and craic with Conor and Oisin. Breakfast is cooked to order and all the staff under Pascal's direction were very courteous and gave great service. The hotel is kept clean and fresh thanks to a great Housekeeping team. Look forward to returning to recharge our batteries.

This was a great place to stay! I was there on a knitting retreat. From the venue to the staff, all was great. The coup de grace was when we suddenly were hit with a virus, and the excellent care and attention we were afforded. It’s so good to feel cared for when ill!

We had a pleasant visit to the cellar bar and restaurant. The food is nice especially the pizza and the vegetarian curry was good. The service in the restaurant could be more attentive especially asking if you would like more drinks but apart from that I would recommend for lunch.
