This hotel is beautiful. Despite some negative reviews, I booked and was thrilled. Great service and just a beautiful hotel. Everything was great. Room was large and comfortable. Lobby was amazing. I can’t say anything more about it. One of the nicest I’ve been to many many 5 star hotels - this one is great

系統看房時有四百多的，進去後又定不到，定了個七百多的，由於加班，去住時已十一點多了，天熱已很累，洗了澡上床睡覺時，發現枕頭下面還有頭髮，給人感覺很不好。澡也洗了衣服也洗了換房感很不方便，所以沒要求換房，覺得這個價位的房間和這衞生很不相呼。

酒店非常新，一切的裝修制式都符合5星級酒店標準。房間空間很大，裝修不錯~更重要的是酒店運營服務人員有很強的服務意識，從一開始的停車引導，再到入住時幫拿行李，送客人上樓，一切都做得很周到且得體。離店也依舊會有服務人員陪同。這種服務以前衹在文華東方和安曼體驗到過，常規5星級酒店大概率是做不到的。這裏特別感謝員工小哥譚海陵，對客人服務很用心，很棒！十分推薦！

這個酒店現在越來越差了，拖鞋重複使用，歡迎水果也開始不送了，走廊還有氣味，根本不值網上的標價。最噁心的連早餐也縮水了（幾個早餐枱全是空的，就這樣的破早餐還很早就結束了），早餐和城市便捷差不多了，建議大家不要踩坑。200都不值，怎麼好意思要200按金的。

今年新開的酒店，軟硬件設施都很不錯，乾濕分區的洗手間，智能馬桶，房間很乾凈，房間的免費飲品，歡迎水果的質量都很好，整體酒店服務都很好，特別值得一提的是這次入住後，酒店的賓客服務小譚，服務很細心，接近管家式服務了

非常滿意的一次入住。
設施：整體都很新，房間內智能馬桶、化粧鏡、自動窗簾、迷你吧等等一應俱全，樓下還有可以足療和健身的場所。晚上贈送歡迎水果都很用心。房間和餐廳的衞生也非常的乾淨。
服務：從前廳的小姐姐到餐廳的阿姨們，接觸過的服務人員都很細心、很仔細，熱情讓人感覺到很舒服。
位置：在恩施城區去哪裡都還挺方便的，入住也是免停車費。基本上是沒有什麼可以挑剔的了，希望恩施的酒店水平整體都能夠越來越高，回到恩施這是首選的酒店。
