Location was good and within the town center. Amenities were clean and cosy. Staff were friendly and shared useful tips. Would recommend! :)

This hotel stay was the best of our one month China trip. We got a free upgrade to a room with city view and balcony, which was already nice. They also helped carry our luggage (it was heavy!) und gave us tea as a parting gift. They were so nice!
The hotel itself was also very nice: it was big und the beds were comfy. Everything was also very clean.
We felt very welcome and loved our stay!

Good service from hotel staff, helped with a taxi problem and helped with luggage. Nice room and clean. A bit noisy at night from outside.

設施：酒店有智能馬桶，各種設施比較新，不過沒有電梯，對於腿腳不好的人來説住在樓上需要爬樓梯不太友好，但是行李店家都是會幫忙拿上拿下的。
衞生：衞生狀況還不錯挺乾淨的。
環境：最喜歡的就是這裏的鬧中取靜。晚上休息非常安靜，但是離着河邊也很近，拐個彎就到了，再往前走一點就是嘈雜的酒吧街。好像兩個世界。
服務：服務不錯，服務員態度很友好而且能夠詳細的介紹遊玩路線。

酒店就在景區中心的位置，很好找，房間又大又舒服，配套的設施也比較高檔，這是小民宿不能比的，服務非常好，又給我們做景點介紹又給我們訂車，走的時候還送了我們伴手禮，是去鳳凰古城入住的不二選擇！

地理位置優秀，就在江天廣場入口處50米，不用拖着行李箱往古城裡頭走。免費升級房型，在古城裡民宿不讓裝電梯，工作人員可以幫忙拎箱子上樓，工作人員很貼心辦完入住就給了一張地圖，詳細講解了遊玩攻略供參考，辦退房後還贈送了伴手禮，推薦！
