있었던 사실만 적겠습니다
피렌체에서 이 호텔을 고민하시는 분들께 도움이 되었으면 합니다
많은 여행을 해봤고 많은 호텔을 다녀봤지만
난생 처음 객실 방에서 현금 도난을 당했습니다
그것도 5성급 호텔에서 말이죠
금고가 있는데 금고에 넣지 못한게 제 잘못이라면 잘못입니다 하지만 돈을 눈에 보이는 곳에 둔 게 아니라
가방 안 지퍼 안에 넣어놨기 때문에 없어질 거라 설마 설마 생각 못했습니다 호텔에서 나가기 전 , 후로
항상 돈을 체크하였는데
숙박 이틑날 밤에 돌아와서 확인하니
그 날 나가기 전 확인했을 때는 다 있었던 현금이
없어졌습니다 유로와 달러가 있었는데(두바이 여행을 함께 했기 때문에 남은 달러가 있었습니다)
유로는 200유로만 가져가고 다 남겨놨구요(여행하면서 필요할테니 나뒀나봅니다;;)
달러는 2400달러가 없어졌습니다
정확하게 없어진 돈이 200유로,2400달러 네요
혹시 몰라 온 방을 다 뒤져도 당연히 나오지않았구요
호텔측에 바로 알렸으나
호텔에서는 자기들은 오랫동안 함께한 직원들과 일 한다며 직원들은 방에서 손님 물건에 손 대지않는 다고
하더군요
씨씨티비로 누가 청소를 들어갔는지 확인했다고
말은 하는데 그 사람한테 직접 이 일에 대해 체크를 했는지는 모르겠네요 신고를 하려면 당사자가 직접 경찰서에 가서 보고서를 작성해야한다면서
직원이 함께 경찰서로 동행해줄 수는 있다 하였지만
그 날 저는 로마로 떠나야했고 여러 사례들 찾아보니 경찰서에서 시간만 몇 시간 허비했다는 사례들 보고는
그냥 포기하였습니다 어차피 이미 가져간 돈
증거가 없으니 찾을 거란 기대도 안했구요
이탈리아는 소매치기가 너무 유명하니
소정의 현금만 들고 다니고 남은 현금은 호텔에 두고 다녔는데
안전하다 생각한 호텔 방 안 내 백 팩 지퍼 안 속이
제일 안전하지 못했네요;;
저희가 없던 시간에 저희가 묵고 있던 호텔 방 안에서
가방 속까지 뒤져서 가져간게 정말 소름돋고 무섭습니다 몇 십만원도 아니고 몇 백만원을 다 가져갔다는 것도 정말 기가 찰 일이고
아!달러는 100달러 남기고 다 가져갔습니다
100달러는 왜 남겼을까요^^??;;
첫 이탈리아 피렌체 여행이였는데
덕분에 피렌체는 절대 다시 가지 않을 거 같습니다
5성급 호텔에서 이런 일을 당했다는 게
믿을 수가 없네요 정말 그지깽깽이같은 호텔입니다^^
