We were not staying here but did enjoy a fabulous breakfast! Interesting and reasonably priced menu. Very friendly staff. Relaxed vibe. The food was absolutely delicious. Great coffee! Highly recommended!

All the staff were so helpful and kind, despite being so very busy. Nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to the gorgeous Magnolia who was particularly wonderful! We also loved the rooms and the entire feel of the place. Cannot wait to return.

Wonderful hotel with great staff clean modern rooms, great pool and excellent Greek restaurant next to the pool for dinner and breakfast. We might just return to Brisbane, stay here, walk around the block and remain at the hotel, it’s great. Food is excellent and staff are going out of their way to ensure we are looked after

I had a great stay and fantastic rest. Service is second to none. Staff are young and smile and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommmended and have stayed here frequently from London.

We had a 3 night stay at The Calile. There were aspects we loved & aspects that were disappointing. We loved the vibe at the pool & the amazing food at Helenika. The pool staff were amazing, especially Finnley & a female staff member with a blonde bob cut. We think she must be the most hard working staff member at the hotel. However, we were really disappointed with the cleanliness of our room - the air conditioning vents were full of dust & I did my own wiping of surfaces with wet ones & they were filthy! And the room service food quality was consistently poor. Meals were cold, dishes were tasteless & they took so long to be delivered. Plus it took a few different ways to try to order! We’re not sure if we’d book again, we get the sense that they’re over run trying to do everything.
