We spent three nights in Pawlik and were absolutely excited by and satisfied with accommodation, food and other services. All staff was very pleasant and supportive creating a very friendly atmosphere. Our wellness procedures were pllanned in advance and when we asked for small changes, responsible persons tried to help us and meet our requirements. The location is great as you can use the Aquacentrum without any limits. Clening services were super. We experienced beautiful walking in the spa park and other options for the short trips in the close suburb. Really grest stay here, we want to come again.

The "WEEKEND STAY" is a complete rip-off, it is a SATURDAY ONLY stay. We had to check out at 10:00 AM, NO EXCEPTIONS possible. Late checkout paid or complimentary is excluded. We had to return the spa/pool chips as well and could not use the spa on Sunday at all (March 10th). We have asked the reception manager about the possibility to vacate the room and to use the spa/pool. He was technically polite, but resolute - no exceptions. His reply: "You could have used the pool since 7 AM till 10 AM!" The mindest and processes are at the "state-operated sanatorium" level, the private weekend guests are a disturbance for these. Otherwise, the room was clean, the meals and the facilities were quite good, although not really value for money. The hotel has some charme and flair of the past times - the potential is for sure there, but you have to change the processes, the mindset and the management first.

Small cramped rooms. The price did not match the quality. Strict enforcement of masks even when the employees did not wear masks. Good selection of food, limited selection of drinks. Wi-Fi not reliable (even for a paid voucher). Greedy company, you'll pay for everything small things.

Leider hat mein Sohn sein Chip Armband im Aquapark verloren. Ich habe dies weiter gegeben und wurde behandelt wie ein Schwerverbrecher. 40 Euro Strafe finde ich eine Sauerrei für diese Armbänder! Die Rezeptionistinnen bis auf ein, zwei Ausnahmen sehr unfreundlich.

Ich war äußerst enttäuscht von der Qualität der Behandlung in der in Franzensbad Spa & Kurhotel Pawlik Trotz der Diagnose Rücken- und Knie- schmerzen war die Behandlung völlig wirkungslos (Inhalationen und Paraffinpackungen für Hände) und entsprach nicht den üblichen Standards. Es werden unnötige Behandlungen angeboten, während die vom Arzt verschriebenen Behandlungen kostenpflichtig sind, die mir auf der Online-Seite manuelle Therapie, Lymphdrainage, etc. versprochen wurde. Sie sagen, dass sie viele Gäste und wenig Personal haben! Darüber hinaus wurden in der Klinik offensichtliche Hygienemängel festgestellt: schmutzige Bademanne, Verstöße gegen die Desinfektionsvorschriften, Der Service entspricht nicht der Hygiene, die Wannenbad, zum Beispiel, nachdem andere Patienten Kohlensäurebäder benutzt haben, wird die Badewanne nicht gewaschen, das Wasser wird einfach abgelaufen wieder eingefühlt, die Teppiche sind schmutzig, jeder Patient kommt barfuß herein, die Teppiche wird nicht gewechselt, nach meiner Frage, warum wird die Badewanne sich nicht gewaschen und desinfizieren, sie drehen sich und weggehen, oder sie sagen, dass wir nicht verstehen, obwohl manche normal auf Deutsch und englisch sprechen Das Personal war unhöflich und unaufmerksam, was den negativen Eindruck noch verstärkte. Viele Gäste waren unzufrieden.
