在西澳玩了14天，這是我們最滿意的酒店！三卧室日落房房，風景無敵，二個衞生間，設備齊全，洗衣機烘乾機烤箱洗碗機都有！總枱還幫忙聯繫了電話卡解決了問題，硬件軟件都讓人滿意！

Fantastic seaview! Room was equipped with microwave, cutleries which we could prepare breakfast and dinner. Room was clean and spacious. 10 min drive to B shed ferry terminal to Rottnest Island and there was 10% discount at nearby eateries such as Twinfin fish and chips and Ciecerello Fremantle Seafood restaurant. Thumbs up!

Very disappointing and misleading experience.
This hotel intentionally misleads guests with hidden terms and unclear policies. When I checked in, the front desk never mentioned any “terms and conditions” about cleaning dishes or taking out rubbish before check-out. There were no in-room guidelines, no signage, and no written notice anywhere about this rule.
After I checked out, the hotel suddenly tried to deduct extra cleaning fees, even though I had already paid a cleaning fee through the booking platform. This is completely unreasonable and feels like a trick to mislead customers.
The sofa was dusty, the floor had visible dust and sand, and toiletries were never replenished during my stay. I even covered the sofa with a bedsheet because it wasn’t clean enough to sit on.
It’s disappointing that instead of improving cleanliness, the hotel blames guests for “extra cleaning.” If you value transparency and fair service, be very careful when booking this place

Front desk staff is very rude and not friendly. We stay for 2 nights, 2 bedroom apartment and it comes with complimentary 4 bottles water. We asked for more water on the 2 nights and was told we won't provide bottle water for 2 night.

The best location in Fremantle. But construction along the main road was ongoing during my stay. But overall was good. Will stay again.
