Stayed here a few nights. Food is excellent, onsen and room has a direct view of Fuji. Hotel does NOT provide moisturiser, please bring your own.

Amazing hotel with the nicest staff. The view is incomparable. We were lucky enough to have a perfectly clear day and what a sight! Breakfast and dinner were included, but be aware that it’s mostly seafood. The hotel was clean, sophisticated and well designed. The onsen on the top floor gave a great view of the mountain, but all rooms are Fuji views.
10/10 would stay again!

Hotel location is great and with free parking. Room with great Fuji Mountain View. However, it is surprising that they do not provide free bottle of water to hotel guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view of Mount Fuji was absolutely stunning — one of the highlights of my trip. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel very welcome. Both the dinner and breakfast were delicious, featuring a nice variety of Japanese dishes (see the photos for yourself!). The onsen was relaxing and clean, perfect after a long day of sightseeing.
I also appreciated the good facilities, including the comfortable room and the thoughtful touch of providing a yukata for guests to wear during their stay. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the Fuji area, offering a perfect balance of comfort, food, and beautiful scenery. Highly recommended!

環境：河口湖邊幾家酒店之一，可以坐河口湖的巴士到産屋（うぶや）下車，走一小段也可以到達。所以，去坐纜車、觀景、吃飯，都很方便。
服務：人多/行李多，超級建議在時間內用接送站服務，河口湖遊客中心有工作人員幫忙電話溝通接站，很方便。客房服務、備品都沒得説。預訂了一泊二食，兩餐服務都超級貼心細緻。
設施：酒店有大浴場泡湯，房內有淋浴設施，乾濕分離，設施齊備。
