It was a perfect stay at Kaneyama my family and I really appreciated the superb service the staff provided my family with. I had left some items in the room and they promptly had it couriered to me in Tokyo. The dinners each night were very well prepared, each day was just fun-filled with so many activities. The Taiko show was done so professionally I was surprised that the drummers were all staff of the resort!! I would love to re-visit the resort again some day.

Very nice hotel with great service. The garden is really nice to walk around with river flowing through it. Rooftop onsen in the evening as the sun sets is the highlight of the trip. The drum performance at night followed by bingo game was really captivating. Shoutout to Yumi who guided us to our room and explained all the hotel amenities and services. Food is extensive though taste wise in find not as tasty as what was offered in Tokyo. Tips: wake up early to take pic of Mt Fuji as I noticed by 11am the mountain was already hiding within the mist.

The place was perfect for a short getaway. Free flow of alcohol included in the package at the lounge. The dinner was mind blowing probably the best omakase I have eaten. Breakfast was not the usual western and was great. Free green tea at the garden in the most traditional way. Private onsen in the room was good for couple privacy.

Nice Fujisan view from the room. The room is very spacious, can easily fit in a family of 5. The staff service is the best of all. Can rent yukata for free, the wine lounge is perfect, wonderful matcha tea time experience with very relaxing river flow. Also, the taiko performance is free and can win prizes in the bingo game. Absolutely worth the price if you can fully enjoy all the time at the hotel.

The hotel staff were warm and courteous, and what made the experience even more remarkable was that every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile. The facilities were all well-maintained, and we were especially impressed by the beautifully kept Japanese-style garden and the rooftop hot spring bath. The meals were flawless as well. This is truly a rare gem of a resort.

Amazing place. Traditional hotel with amazing service and interior. I was glad by every moment there. Amazing open onsen, beautiful view on Fuji-san. Great meal and amazing breakfast. Definitely recommend.
