Hotel is good. Service is excellent especially our assigned butler 小王管家（7号) who was very helpful, and thoughtful of our needs. Will stay here again on our next visit to changbaishan.

酒店總體來説還不錯，年久但是設施保持的還可以，酒店早餐整體不如威斯汀其他地域，離萬達度假小鎮很近，步行才幾分鐘，餐飲便利。住的是套房，攜程專員給力！

威斯汀屬於老牌酒店了，服務真的沒得説7號管家又帥又熱心。2012年的酒店，設施維護還可以，就是燈光太昏暗了！
早飯也是豐富多樣，還送了小朋友的早餐！

酒店雖舊但維護得很不錯，房間寬敞，佈局合理，整體環境適合度假。服務非常到位，3號管家先是幫忙協調了有陽台的房間，在知道我女兒過生日後，又特地送了一個美味的蛋糕，十分感謝。

房間不錯，床超大，就是空調十分不給力，幸好，長白山晚上涼快，開了陽台的門，睡的挺舒服。晚上有燈光的雪道草坪，上去跑一跑，真的很舒服😌
優點：遊玩的項目多，配套成熟，酒店位置好，離商業街太近的，有點吵。早餐豐富
缺點：空調不涼，泳池下午一點才開，漢拿山温泉，簡直就是下餃子
