長白山clubmed太舒服了，活動豐富，徒步的景色非常美，騎行也很非常好，瑜伽課很出彩，早中晚三餐樣式多口味好，孩子非常喜歡運動部的Eric，村長Janly人美還特別可愛，超級喜歡吃廚師Eric烤的各種肉！

一大一小親子出行，來長白山避暑。
設施：給升級了套房。住了5天，每天的特色菜都在變化，很用心。鍋包肉很好吃😋度假區的權益也很實用。
衞生：一天阿姨來打掃兩次，補水補mini吧零食。
環境：房間配備有防蚊液，很貼心
服務：很熱情，村長power要溢出來了

環境：陽台外就是綠色大森林，還能看到日落，隨手一拍都是大片，太美了。房間內的佈置乾淨、温馨而別緻，裝飾畫也很有特色，喜歡

餐飲：每天餐廳的菜品都不一樣，飲料酒水和點心也很不錯呦
最滿意的是迷你俱樂部啦，解放了家長，太開心啦

感謝Clara熱情貼心的服務，她就像哆啦A夢的百寶箱，想吃什麼，需要什麼，遊玩兒路線全都第一時間解決。孩子玩兒温泉時手戳腫了，立刻安排護士到房間噴葯消腫，真是太周到了！臨走時還送孩子小禮物紀念，親自做的帆布袋。冬天來滑雪還會選擇Clubmed酒店～

買的一價全包的套餐，魯能園區內用餐不太方便，用Club med的一價全包剛剛好。
服務相當好，Miniclub小童託管人員和前台、吧枱、客房等服務人員都很熱情專業，基本可以説有求必應，村長也非常熱情，整個團隊都井井有條，活動有瑜伽、騎行、健身操、徒步等等，大人小孩都可以玩的很盡興。
唯一美中不足就是暑期客量較大，走廊人來人往隔音不太好，晚上和早晨容易被吵醒，但瑕不掩瑜，下次來長白山還會選擇Club med。

到店時晚上十一點多了，對酒店也不瞭解。前台説明天讓同事詳細介紹，第二天並無。人員之間的配合度挺差的，工作交接不到位。沒有上任何一節課，因為不瞭解課程不知道規則。一日三餐也吃的挺夠的，花樣不太多。

房間很好，套間比較大，我和小孩兩個人基本都在外面活動，不在房間裏，所以有點浪費。
服務稍微有點人手不夠，夏天人手少冬天人手多服務周到。
在吃的方面有很多意見和建議，這裏跟其他五星酒店的飲食沒有太大區別，又用心推出特色菜品，但是餐飲特色不突出，作為廣東遊客希望能夠突出餐飲特色，朝鮮餐飲東北餐飲，特別是建議每個員工每天做一道自己認為最好吃的家常菜。
在玩的方面，項目和大自然的結合較弱，長白山森林的優點沒有突出，森林徒步實際上是馬路徒步，自然風光和森林美景沒有利用起來，運動量不夠，室內的項目也有待加強遊客溝通，可以入店建立微信羣，天氣不好時大家可以約室內項目。
客服和前台的小姐姐比較熱情周到，有個小姐姐harrit態度很好，笑容燦爛，發自內心的笑不是那種工作很累敷衍的笑。
