温泉很好很舒服，酒店小劇場情緒價值拉滿，ktv很好唱，雞尾酒挺好喝。自助餐很一般，類似於普通早餐吧。小童俱樂部是沒有活動的，孩子很失望。也沒有提示。

在clubmed，度過了愉快的3天2晚～
【 先説吃】非常豐富，每天都有不同的特色：第一天碰到東南亞美食節，有“叻沙”和冬陰功，晚餐主廚推薦“遼參小米粥”；第二晚預約了火鍋也不錯（需要中午12點到主餐廳入口預約晚餐），主廚推薦“鍋包肉”，我感覺這是我此行吃到的最正宗的鍋包肉了～每天的早餐品種也各不相同，孩子們可以選擇鬆餅或者華夫餅～，酒水吧的飲料可以試一下長白山特飲或者花茶～
【再説玩兒】室內活動區主要在3樓和4樓，泡温泉在1樓，很方便，所以可以一茬接着一茬～（山地車和滑板車需要前一天在小程序上預約）我們早上九點先參加了陳教練的滑板車（初級），教練很帥也很有耐心；結束後去4樓參加楊教練john的拉伸課，讓身心得到放鬆；結束後接着去3樓繼續參加楊教練的健身操，跟大小朋友一起跳操氛圍很好；這樣上午就有三場活動了，非常豐富～午飯後唱歌➕打乒乓，然後再去1樓泡温泉；晚上6點吃火鍋；7:30參加三樓的趣味知識問答；8:30在三樓觀看演職人員表演；度過了歡樂又充實的一天～
酒店外面有活動中心，這是二寶的快樂家園，他連續兩天都去活動中心打卡，最最喜歡勇敢者道路，一共玩了三遍～去活動中心酒店每20分鐘有電瓶車接送，也蠻方便的～
【最後説感受】clubmed的品質一直很都很贊嘛～這次我感受最深的是工作人員的熱情，這次正好趕上了新排練的“秀”，舞種很多，有朝鮮舞，蒙古舞，傣族舞，爵士舞等等，村長還表演了芭蕾舞，給家人們帶來了美的感受～為所有工作人員點贊～還要特別感謝Winnie，提前與我們對接安排遊玩行程，才能讓我們此行更加順利、充實～
長白山不僅有美景，還有東北人的熱情豪邁，希望有機會再來～

第一次入住clubmed，第二次入住魯能旗下品牌（之前看火箭發射入住魯能希爾頓），體驗後，個人感覺管理團隊水平還有大幅度提高的空間，原因如下：
預訂：按預訂要求登記入住兩人訊息，隨後接到酒店相關電話進一步確認入住人數，體驗感很差，隨之降低預期
入住：前期溝通省略一千字 足以體現出管理方面人性化、靈活度和服務意識的欠缺；入住訊息卡手塗離店日期可以理解是為了環保，但是我先生的性別變更就難以理解了……
餐食：從品種及食材可以看出酒店管理在嚴控成本，在這麼嚴苛的條件下餐廳的相關人員仍舊做出了味道還不錯而且明顯用心的餐食甚是不易
房間：軟硬件與酒店管理方面的嚴苛相悖 處處透露着不嚴謹：壞的安全門鎖、沒有擺放洗漱用品空間的洗漱台、滑雪季節才使用的超厚“10斤”棉被（諮詢反饋沒有任何薄被可以提供）、商務酒店水準的minibar、拼接的床單😂😂
衞生：到達停車場下車就看到兩個飲料瓶 神奇的是離店時兩個飲料瓶仍舊在；下午泡温泉作為第一批客人，竟然發現在户外大泡池旁邊至少有3、4個煙頭，不知道酒店嚴苛的管理怎麼會有如此的重大疏忽
除了以上，值得肯定的是所有服務人員的工作熱情，他們的工作態度和熱情為種種凸顯的管理問題進行了極大限度的彌補。如果管理方面得分為-10分 服務人員則得13分，管理者應該感謝所有服務人員的付出！
如果未來會再次選擇入住長白山clubmed，也是因為這些熱情的員工們，如JANLY、JACKSON、印尼小哥（抱歉忘了你的名字）、拉伸及熱舞老師、餐廳有甜美酒窩的服務員小姐姐以及客房服務小姐姐們，謝謝你們富有感染力的熱情及付出，愛你們！

酒店離南坡1小時30分鐘，離西坡半小時。酒店衞生乾淨，房間很大，服務態度很好，有求必應，一日三餐都不錯！因為淡季餐食品種比較少，但是能看到天池，其它都可以乎略了！

這次預訂了長白山clubbed酒店，超出預期。酒店內每天都安排很多的活動，即使是淡季客人少，有時候活動衹有我們一家人蔘加，比如徒步，瑜伽，酒店教練也非常熱心就帶着我們一家人進行。 酒店的一價全包的餐飲也非常棒，食品質量，形色都讓人大有食慾，每天都安排西餐，當地長白山特色餐，很多品種的水果，酒店工作人員每天都熱情的陪着客人一起吃飯聊天，介紹當地好玩的地方。 還有温泉，直接大堂就可以進入温泉，有室內泡池室外泡池， 讓我們體驗躺在大森林裏泡澡。 感謝酒店村長還贈送我們小禮物，餐廳的Jackson每天很熱情服務，還有財務部小李親自帶我們參觀旁的木屋村，美好的度假體驗都説不完。 這次入住地中海真的是太開心了。

一大一小親子出行，來長白山避暑。
設施：給升級了套房。住了5天，每天的特色菜都在變化，很用心。鍋包肉很好吃😋度假區的權益也很實用。
衞生：一天阿姨來打掃兩次，補水補mini吧零食。
環境：房間配備有防蚊液，很貼心
