I was impressed with the welcome and appreciated the upgrade. All the staff were very friendly. Bonnie was extremely helpful and a wonderful hotel ambassador. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The pool gave a wonderful view of the lake. I highly recommend The Holiday Inn.

An amazing service, English speaking front desk. The room was very clean and neat, not very small. Everything was great. A robot delivered my takeaway order👍 I didn't taste the hotel food though.
Next time I'll book a room with a bathtub.

房間很寬敞舒適明亮，酒店大堂也很大氣漂亮🤩，前台王艷小姐姐服務周到，因為第一次入住給升級了房間，當天入住房間太陽非常好，窗外的風景也不錯，另外早餐和酒店的其他服務人員也都很好，很不錯的一次入住體驗，推薦👍
