Fantastic. The setting, the villas, the amenities, the food...all of it. The manager Khahfe took care of it and made sure we had all we needed. The bed was comfy, the shower amazing, the pools and they gym well equipped.

What a beautiful Residence! From the time you step in, you will be welcomed by a big smile and alot of generosity. The staff at the bar are amazing, Klifa took the time to explain us about the local product and Ali makes the best cocktails by Ali. Will def come again!

The place is gorgeous, clean and neat just as expected. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would love to thank the Barmen Ali for his kindness and support he’s just lovely. Also a huge luck and love to M Khlifa for his professionalism and taking good care of us ! They really made the place even more special. We’re definitely coming back Love and kisses Mary

I 1st stayed at The Residence in Tunis, Tunisia. Traveling to Djerba & then to Douz where I stayed at The Residence! However, the Douz Residence stay was far superior to that in Tunis! The staff was impeccable! How those marvelous young men effortlessly, efficiently, & safely transported us was around the property was fun & functional! Ibid, among the others, always wore a bright smile while going above & beyond in friendly & respectful service!
