Motel 6 experience at Four Seasons prices. Booked a room we were told was roomy and comfortable upper floor room overlooking the ocean. Arrived to find us stuck in a small uncomfortable dungeon with a bathroom from the 1950s and broken doors, telephone not working, tv requires signup to all streaming services, bed uncomfortable, seating in room small and uncomfortable. Only accommodation was waiver of mandatory $35 daily resort fee. $20 for a grocery store danish. Restaurants closed despite having been assured all would be open over Thanksgiving weekend. Big mistake coming to this place. Beware what they tell you on the phone because if you come here, it’s a pricey, extravagant disappointment.

This was our first real stay on Jekyll Island and we were blown away. The hotel feels fresh, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The pool area was lovely—well-kept, sparkling clean, and relaxing. Even with dogs on property, it stayed quiet and peaceful. Service stood out at every turn—the valets were friendly, the concierge offered great local suggestions, and our waiter Kayon at Willets Lowcountry was phenomenal: friendly, engaging, and incredibly accommodating. We ended up dining there multiple times just to sit in his section. Overall, a calm, well-run property with excellent staff, a great on-site restaurant, and a pristine pool. We’ll definitely be back to this hotel, the restaurant, and the island soon!

This was our third time staying here and it gets better every visit. The location is ideal, the staff friendly and helpful and the views are amazing. The coastal vibe is everywhere. The rooms are spacious and clean.

This hotel was immaculate, the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. They offer free bikes that you can use to enjoy the 20+ miles of pathways on the island. They were fun. Also, they have a shuttle that will take you anywhere on the island and that made dining out easy. The lobby was pretty and everything seemed new and shiny. We were there on the Fourth of July and it was the perfect backdrop. Clean, safe and wholesome.

We have stayed here several times and always have a great time! We did have one night on our most recent stay where the A/C went out in the hotel- they were quick to make repairs and so kind during the process of this!

Excellent service! Clean room with essential oil aroma that was so relaxing. We enjoyed our entire stay! Salty ‘s by the pool served up some good drinks and food. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed June 13-15, celebrating my birthday. Starting this review with a highlight...Andy, the gentleman who sets up the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas deserves a shout out. In addition to his own position, that kept him in constant motion, he helped clear tables in the pool bar area and always had a positive attitude. As Titanium members, we were disappointed with our room, which was described as an "island view" when we checked in, was actually on the 2nd floor with a view of the HVAC roof. Helpful tip: We were automatically directed to the busy Starbucks café when I asked where to get coffee. Later I discovered complimentary coffee at Willets restaurant. A small detail, but good to know there's a choice.

Kayon was our waiter and we enjoyed him tremendously! He did not rush us and was absolutely awesome and pleasant. Our date night was wonderful! We had steak and fish. They were absolutely delightful. Every part of our food dishes was intricately planned out and it balanced out our taste buds very well! Our beverages were refreshing and we split the chocolate cake which was so delicious. Truly recommend!
