I’m in the middle of an unforeseen circumstances that I’m getting divorced. However, hotel denied to do any refund even partial. And the hotel didn’t reply to my email. Bad guest relation service!!!

酒店位置不錯，服務比較差，在入住前酒店發了偏好登記表，填寫入住後發現都什麼都沒有給，打掃衞生打了服務熱線三次，入住最後一晚房間鎖還壞了，他們經理找了好幾次，之後應該不會選擇這家酒店了

Выбрали Люкс для недели островного отдыха. Отель не разочаровал. Хороший пляж с зоной прогулок, всегда есть свободные лежаки, номера чистые, ухоженные. По питанию тоже без вопросов. Отдельно понравилась зона лобби.
