My wife & I came here for the Alba White Truffle Festival. As much as we enjoyed Alba and its many offerings, we enjoyed Casa Pavesi even more! We were given Room #11 with its 4-poster bed and its incredible views over the valley. Breakfasts were fine, the espresso machines worked wonders, and the honor bar helped close out the days! The nearby restaurant, Vineria Susi, was a wonderful place to have dinner. We would HAPPILY come back here again. Italy at its finest!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Casa Pavesi! The room was updated and beautiful, with a balcony that overlooked vineyards. Then entrance to the castle is 100 meters away, several restaurants next door, and is a short drive to Alba+Barolo+Barbaresco. The ladies that run the hotel are the sweetest, breakfast is made fresh each day, and it's hard to image anyone would not find the hotel to over-deliver against their expectations.

Great hotel. Rooms are large, clean and pretty. The hotel managers Erica and Giada are wonderful hosts. Nice breakfast. Great location for visiting Barolo and Barbaresco. The views are amazing. Can walk to a couple of restaurants. Very safe area.

The new owners Erica and Giada are amazing! They are friendly and tend to your every need. We are reminiscing about our 5 day stay last month because it was the best thing about our trip to Piemonte. A cozy and elegant atmosphere, the beds are luxurious, the bath well appointed and a great breakfast. All the rooms are unique and the views of the vineyards and nearby castle are breathtaking.

It is important, when looking at the reviews, to understand that the hotel changed ownership three years ago and was being renovated over the first two years before opening again. The new owner is a lovely chef. who is very welcoming and has done an amazing job of making the hotel beautiful! We rented Suite 25, which is a beautiful large room with a superb balcony and a gorgeous ceiling which came from a castle. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had dinner there for two nights. For the second night, we requested more vegetables and seafood and he made two very special dishes for us.

Giorgio has a gift. We felt like we were staying with a friend instead of at a hotel. His hospitality is second only to his skills as a chef. His cooking is the best in Italy so make sure you have at least one dinner in the hotel restaurant! The cellar has an extensive selection of wines, and naturally Giorgio will be your sommelier. Breakfast here was also delicious. The views from the hotel are phenomenal, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. You’re right next to the castle and beautiful vineyards. Giorgio was also very helpful making restaurant recommendations and coordinating car pickups. You couldn’t be in a more beautiful hotel with a better host for your trip to the Italian countryside.

The hotel interior was old but very attactive with a wonderful view from the dining room, Giorgio the hotelier was friendly & took great trouble to make sure you were very comfortable, & his meals & wine were of high quality.

Das Hotel ist einer der schönsten Orte, an denen ich übernachtet habe. Die Inhaberinnen haben jeden Raum mit so viel Liebe gestaltet, dass man sich auf Anhieb wohl fühlen muss. Es ist an alles gedacht und wenn es nicht da ist, sind Hilfe und eine Lösung nicht weit. Ich war bereits zweimal beruflich hier und werde bald auch privat kommen, um mit meiner Frau ein romantisches Wochenende zu verbringen.
