I was a bit worried about our stay given some of the mixed reviews as of late, but I am so glad we went anyways! Everyone at Mystic Marriott greeted us with a smile and the service was efficient and excellent. Checking in and out was a breeze and they were more than happy to answer any of our questions! We also got some facials over at Cerulean Beauty and Spa and that was an amazing experience as well! The ladies over there are very skilled at what they do and so helpful! We both felt amazing by the end of it! We mostly walked about the lovely town of Mystic and its many attractions/shops and went to the Aqaurium the for our weekend plans but Mystic Marriott made the whole thing so easy and was a comfortable place to come back to when we exhausted ourselves from the daily activities! So thank you to everyone at Mystic Marriott and Cerulean Spa for such an amazing and magical weekend! It truly meant so much to both of us! ❤️

We used the Mystic Marriot as a home base for our wedding attendees, and it is by far the best hotel in the area to host guests for that purpose- with recent updates, it looks and feels the most snazzy, and working with their team with room blocks and logistics was a cinch. Thank you!!

The hotel deserves a rating of 1 star. It is overpriced, nosey, uncomfortable pillows, and no breakfast offered. I feel that this was not a Marriott but some kind of 1 star motel across the street. Dissapointed

We had a lovely overnight. This was our second stay at this hotel. Room was clean and quiet. The breakfast at the club was fine but a little crowded. Great hotel for visiting mystic.

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel for a wedding in Stonington. The room was comfortable but housekeeping never showed up to make up the room and refresh the towels. We left for the wedding at 3:00 and when we returned after 10:00 our room had not been touched. I reported this to the staff at checkout and was met with a shrug and an offer of coffee. Makes me think that this happens a lot.

This hotel was quite expensive and not really worth the price. First, the hallway was very noisy late at night. Some sort of event was going on and people were yelling close to midnight. Second, the TV has very limited channels and the remote did not work very well at all. Third, the conditioner container in the shower was empty. Fourth, the heater/AC thermostat was finicky and did not work well, causing the room to be either too hot or too cold. Fifth, the in-room coffee maker is terrible. All in all, I would not stay here again if coming to the area. It is simply not worth the price they charge.

This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms were modern and clean. On site is a great pool and wonderful spa if you have time. I enjoyed this stay and it was close to many local attractions.
