The price fluctuates, usually around 600. I booked last-minute and it doubled to over 1000. It's located in the city center, across a river from the Heart of Chechnya. Two buildings nearby house Kazakhstan's staff, and the children of the family also live there. Security is tight, with guards at the main gates leading in and out of the area. One gate leads to the shopping mall, and the other is Kazakhstan's private residence. I've stayed at a local hotel before, and this one is noticeably older. But the cleanliness is acceptable, and the front desk staff are very nice. I was given a room overlooking the Heart of Chechnya. The only problem is the daily 3 a.m. announcement reminding everyone to "Azan" (Azan) earlier than Mecca time. The city center shopping mall and the umbrella-lined pedestrian street are both within walking distance, making it convenient for those without a car. The only problem is the water flow, which is like a drizzle. I'd definitely stay in both places again.

This hotel is the best in Chechnya. The hotel's breakfast is good and the hotel staff is friendly. However, even if you don't eat breakfast in the same room type, you must order breakfast for two people if you stay in the same room type 😄, otherwise the hotel will call you Supplementary fees. One sister who cleans the room is very nice, but the other sister has a very bad attitude. Even when I asked her to suck the carpet once, she was unwilling and kept showing off.

The air cooling system did not work, and the staff did not respond to requests to fix the situation. There is nothing to say in detail about the breakfasts. It's a matter of taste.
