酒店大堂很有氣派，古色古香，房間也很精緻，全部房間都能看到湖景。自助早餐的餐廳是3間酒店共享，品種不算多但也夠了。有接駁巴士到滑雪場和樂園，但因為修路也得自己走一段路才到。總體很滿意。

10月4日入住廣州施柏閣酒店高級套房的失望感受：1、設施噪音無法入睡，小孩夜晚10點半被管道“咚、咚”噪音吵醒，維修後照樣，每隔半小時重複一次。2、服務態度差：實在忍受不了後要求換房，服務員態度冷漠，我要求幫忙搬行李，他説他不搬，等同事來搬，十幾分鐘沒人來，我衹能一家大小自己搬行李。更惡劣的是，向他拿了621房的鑰匙，從620房搬到621房，我們拿着行李找遍了整層沒有找到621房，回到房間打電話要求經理過來，等20分鐘以上沒有人來，打攜程電話投訴後有經理過來，才帶我們東拐西拐下到另一樓層找到621房，已經接近凌晨12點。再等搬被子和床圍過來，小孩凌晨12點35分才能上床睡覺！3、更噁心的是：經理解釋説是電視機關機後電流影響喇叭形成的噪音，既然電工、經理都清楚這間房有這樣的問題，為什麼入住時不安排其他房間？投訴後為什麼不及時換房？總結評價：招待所的服務、商務酒店的設施、五星級的消費。以期事後道歉，不如把精力放在服務質量上。

Hygiene is “normal” in China standard, if you understand what I mean.
Location is convenience if you are going to the snow world. Maybe around 10 mins walking distance. If you have a lot of gear, better call a cab or book a car.
Breakfast is a joke. It’s better eat out or order take out from one of the delivery apps.

去廣融滑雪住這裏。民國風有腔調。酒店門口坐接駁車幾分鐘到路口，再走幾百米就到雪場。地理位置很便利。工作人員好負責任，我們是自駕過來的，入住後工作人員就立即跟進錄入車牌，以免給我們出入造成困擾。
