府邸有兩大優點：一是位置好樓層高，處於城市中軸網上，視野相當開闊，塔景套客房能看同時看到廣州塔及IFC；二是私密性挺不錯，套房採用的是一梯一户模式，電梯門一打開就是自己的房間門（圖5）基本不用記房號
但服務上需要繼續改進。空中大堂在68樓，但需要一樓到達大堂的同事幫忙刷卡才能上電梯。但當時拿卡的前台一直忙着電話，禮賓也幫不上忙，在等了一段時間後，衹能跟着另外一個住客上去了；房間洗手間竟然沒有放擦手的小方巾（圖13）按照正常的流程，保潔阿姨搞完衞生後主管再去檢查，通過後才給客人入住。但竟然還出現這樣明顯的疏漏，二次檢查成了走過場，對於這種級別的酒店而言很不應該

As always, Rosewood delivers. Top notch service, superb amenities, love the swimming pool and sauna, very clean and perfect view.
Given the rooms and lobbies are on the upper floors of the building, there are a few elevators you’ll need to take.

這次在台風天入住廣州瑰麗府邸的經歷，讓我深深體會到了什麼是真正的貼心服務。在辦理入住手續時，Betsy非常耐心細緻。她一邊熟練地操作着電腦，一邊跟我講解入住的各項事宜，包括房間的位置、設施的使用方法以及酒店提供的各種服務。考慮到颱風天氣可能帶來的不便，她還貼心地為我介紹了酒店內可以享用的餐飲服務和休息區域，Betsy用她的熱情、專業和細心，為我驅散了颱風帶來的陰霾，讓我在惡劣的天氣裏也能享受到舒適和温暖。Skyler也同樣表現出色，他們的服務讓我感受到了廣州瑰麗府邸對每一位客人的重視和關懷。

久違的staycation選擇了一直以來都非常喜愛的Rosewood，這次出行解鎖了瑰麗府邸，總體來説府邸跟酒店相比可能更適合家庭，大部分房間都是一梯一户保持很高的私密度。特別感謝Manager Jackie的貼心安排，在看到我們帶着兩個小孩子的時候特意為我們升級了最新推出的家庭房型，從幾個方面細説一下吧～
設施：房間在89樓，高空天際城景在晴天的時候非常漂亮，家庭房型的特別之處在於在客廳多了一張單人床以及共小朋友玩樂的帳篷以及玩具
衞生：一如既往的乾淨整潔，房間還有淡淡的香薰味道，木質型香味和酒店的新中式/東方設計相得益彰，將現代、古典和自然元素融合得恰到好處
環境：68樓的Lobby以及公區環境一流，非常適合下午茶小憩或者跟朋友小聚，餐區同樣兼具舒適與優雅，採光好讓整個區域都非常明亮通透
服務：我們遇到的所有服務人員都非常友好禮貌展現出超強的專業素質，真正做到事事有迴應，句句有落實，Jackie在得知我們此行為了慶祝生日，貼心地為我們贈送了特別精緻的生日蛋糕，真的特別感謝！
再一次來到瑰麗依舊非常喜愛，check out的時候小朋友還很不捨地説下次還要再來^_^

很不錯很驚艷，不愧是瑰麗，不愧是廣州最高樓。 還給我升房了，感謝。 房間很好設施很好景觀很好，有個小廚房，配齊了廚具餐具，很有家的感覺。餐具和酒杯都非常有品質。 提兩個建議，一是冰桶要備好。二，房間有洗衣機，提供一瓶洗衣液就更方便商旅人羣。
