Amazing location. Room is spacious and nice. The staff can’t speak English. Breakfast is ok but not superb. We went at 20:00hrs to have dinner and they send us away cause was too late. I found it rude for a 5* hotel.

出門就是日月雙塔，晚上在房間露台看夜景超漂亮。門口停車位置有點窄，但前台師傅人特別好，耐心指引，還幫停車，整個酒店不算大，但整體環境服務都很物有所值，風景和服務都對得起這個價格。樓頂餐廳的晚餐連吃兩天，味道很不錯。住了3天.很方便，離正陽街，象山超近。靖江王府也不算遠。

🏮 🏔️ Best hotel ever @ scenic Guilin. A stone throw away from the 正阳步行街 Pedestrian Street + 东西巷. Superb safe to even walk 🛼🛼 solo alone for retail shopping 🛍️ even late @ nite. The staff offer top-notched impeccable service, going beyond the extra mile. The hotel room is remarkably clean, luxurious & cosy, with magic touch of a ribbon 🎀 toilet paper (so ingenious). There also a patio area with a stunning looking tea set 🍵 for us to watch the time go. Self laundry service available with dedicated 5 ⭐️ bulter service. Gorgeous looking photography service offered transforming you into Cinderella 👑 instantly. Best experience of a lifetime indeed. Fantastic hotel, highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

酒店位置在市中心的兩江四湖景區裏面，非常方便。早餐豐富，在觀景平台就能看到日月雙塔美景，下午的夕陽也很美。工作人員服務很棒，都是有求必應，房間舒適，此次體驗很好，下次來桂林還是會選擇泊隱。

酒店臨湖的房間是比較安靜寬敞的，面積可達70多平米，城景房就不作推薦了。酒店頂樓是網紅餐廳，景觀絕佳。前台，門僮和客房服務員都是素質良好，有求必應。酒店隔壁在整樓裝修，氣味和噪音難免，總體來説可以承受。
