首先，衞生很差，馬桶地漏什麼的 都不乾淨。吹風機吹出來一股燒焦味，風還小，長頭髮簡直要命！不説了，看圖吧👇
其二，空調出風口很響，壓根睡不好，吵死了。關掉又熱，開最小風也吵的腦瓜子不舒服。
最後，作為五星酒店，浴缸一次性泡澡袋是標配，它另外收費，10塊一個。
還有，外賣不能送上房間！一樓大堂電梯口出入一次宣傳一次按摩。
總的來説 就是不值這個價格還差 不知道怎麼評的上五星的。

現在酒店基本上都是免押入住，但是房間裏面有付費商品，所以也能理解。但是牀頭櫃和浴缸裏面都有毛髮，讓送一個浴缸套還要付費10元，温泉酒店浴缸套都需要付費也是不能理解。還有更離譜的就是進房後黑黢黢的，每一個燈都需要自己按才會開，很不智能，再也不會去了

我想這是第一次也是最後一次，服務太老火了！首先車位緊張，入住酒店的停不了車，我晚上才把車停進地下車庫，泡温泉，開始在室外，水温的温度根本不夠沒有顯示的温度高，酒店入住的不能用温泉女賓區的櫃子存放衣服，室內游泳池必須戴泳帽，買了兩個，掃碼付了錢，服務員説沒有 ，給他看了付款截圖他也不認，又返回訂單清清楚楚寫的2個泳帽20元錢和訂單號，他説他沒有接到訂單，你們機器系統慢關我什麼事，給你看了付款的截圖還不認！退房的時候問我有沒有看見咖啡勺，入住房間就沒有，還説是不是小朋友拿了，我真的無語哦。早餐根本沒有什麼可吃的，房間的空調就跟轟炸機一樣吵的無法入睡！温泉池的水一般還有幾個池也沒有開放，一大早人山人海，體驗感最差的一家温泉酒店！處處顯得小家子氣！沒有下次了，不會再來再入住！

帶着家人四人出遊，定了大床房和標間2套，這個酒店竟然是在兩個區域辦理入住。服務人員毫無服務意識，和星級酒店完全不沾邊。
配套説是有桌球房，去問前台説是撤了。大床房帶有一個私湯，看着不錯，蚊子非常多。早餐乏善可陳，服務完全沒有。總之是一個比較山寨的星級酒店，建議避坑。
