酒店建設是花了大價錢的，想象的到剛開業有多好，現在設施也不陳舊。服務非常好，尤其是前台經理盼盼，在酒店需要什麼聯繫一下很快就處理了。非常適合帶孩子，會再來的。

説實話，可能是期待值太高了，到貴州的第一站選擇的這個酒店，看網上評論適合親子出行，想着在酒店能玩一天，到了才發現沒啥玩的，小童俱樂部和網上的完全不一樣，還有蟑螂，房間裏面的馬桶及其他設施太老舊，馬桶沖水不好，沖水開關還不會回彈，師傅修了一次，又用還是壞的，洗手池邊的插座還沒有電，唯一好評的是工作人員的態度很好，很熱情，知道我們去黃果樹送雨衣，入住送水果，小禮物，但應該不會再來了。

非常愉快的家庭親子，小朋友有娛樂的地方，環境也非常好，最值得提的就是服務，所有工作人員非常有眼力見，態度都很温和，床和被子都比較同級別酒店的還要舒服！
早餐也比較豐富，我看大部分都是有機的，小孩子對酒店的食物也非常滿意。
尤其是holly/dora ，她超級貼心的，還給我們一家人在這個七夕節準備了禮物🎁！

不太滿意 之前的好評不知道哪裡來的1.我們約的無煙房，洗手間垃圾桶放門中間，踢開下面就是煙灰2.洗手盆漏水3.花灑頂噴還不能用，手持僅1米高，無調節桿 等 維護是真的不好 除了小姐姐道歉的比較有誠意挽回一點 真的體驗太差 同價位裏幾乎沒試過
