真的是貴陽超棒的酒店，我們入住前就提前聯繫我們，給我們升級，樓層安排在51樓，很高，而且還在電梯間遇到Janice，超級熱情，還很貼心提醒我們添加衣服和降温下雨，很用心，退房還有位苗族服裝的stellar小妹妹不僅人美還熱情。

我去過很多5星酒店，索菲特我認為是前3的水平，首先高層全景，然後是裝潢豪華，然後前台經理特別專業，服務到位！對温度、餐飲、舒適度都把握的很好。
環境：大浴缸，高層全景，非常豪華的燈光
服務：定時清理房間，提供免費水果和飲料
設施：設施齊全，咖啡杯、茶杯、拖鞋浴巾等等都很棒。

位置方便，房間景觀也很好，可以看到甲秀樓還可以欣賞到街道夜景，洗漱和陽台設計在陽台上也可以看到美景泡澡，提前還有管家Janice聯繫，安排贈送了水果、前台rabby也很專業辦理手續很快，體驗還不錯下次可以再來！

最讓人感動的是退房時遇到的Rabby和Stellar。她們不僅親切地詢問我們這幾天的入住感受，認真聽取建議，還為我們準備了驚喜禮物——給小朋友們準備了可愛的拼圖玩具，連我們大人都收到了精美的貴州特色刺綉杯墊。這份用心讓告別都變得温暖起來。

土生土長的貴陽人 朋友從重慶過來找我玩 特意為朋友訂的 我住過很多地方的索菲特 廣州 天津 南京等 貴陽的索菲特可以説眼前一亮 先是入住 一進大廳就是一股高級香 區別於其他酒店或商場的廉價商業香 索菲特在香型上確實很有研究 然後就是入住 前台小姐姐服務態度真的非常好 很高效且迅速的給我辦理好了房卡 進入房間 環境比凱賓斯基好太多 貴陽就應該有這種“新生代”豪華酒店 硬件設備就甩開老牌的凱賓斯基幾條街 地理位置非常好 實話説 貴陽不大 但真的去哪打卡都才兩三公里的酒店真不多 浪凡的洗護用品是索菲特的標配 不管是香型還是品牌（或者説面子還是裡子）都是我非常喜歡的 説完優點了來説説酒店的不足 首先就是房間確實有點小了 比起其他地方的索菲特略顯侷促 而且貴陽的基建確實不算好 從高空俯瞰衹能看到很多老破小 當然我理解這不能怪酒店 貴州也是近幾年才開始慢慢發展 但就我當下而言的感官確實不太好 我覺得最主要的問題是 貴陽不需要“老錢風”酒店 索菲特儘管是略顯年輕 但在電梯 房間佈置等多方面還是顯得較老式 不夠設計感 給我的感覺就是不夠驚喜 較為普通的一個五星級酒店 同價位的貴陽凱賓斯基讓我覺得很不舒服的也是這一點 房間設備太老 除了“老錢”一無所有 我不希望索菲特成為這樣的酒店 望貴酒店能夠在房間翻新和小設計上多下下功夫 讓客户感到更年輕 更新貴 更不一樣的體驗 總而言之 這次入住不錯 但不夠驚喜 望下次入住能夠給我帶來更棒的體驗

吹爆賓客關係的Rabby小姐姐！入住前就加了微信，知道我們想看甲秀樓但雙床看不了，立馬安排了超棒的無遮擋山景房，夜景絕美！行政酒廊的Janice也超可愛，一直關心我們需不需要什麼，還有超有特色的貴州刺綉杯墊，感覺有被好好重視！唯一小缺點就是房間的洗髮水太難擠了…不過我們自己帶了小樣也沒影響。總之服務必須打滿分，強烈安利！
