The hotel room and facilities are great, service is also very good, I was served by Liu Meiao, and she was very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast selection was also varied and of good quality. Great stay, hotel restaurant food was nice too.

來貴州自駕的最後一晚，開了好久的長途終於在晚上12點趕到了酒店。沒想到酒店給免費升級了套房，一進到房間就非常驚喜，特別是這個浴室的景觀真是太好看了。酒店的服務也很好，外賣有機器人可以送上樓，工作人員的服務態度也非常好。是很滿意的一次入住體驗！

臨時決定貴州最後一站是貴陽，看了一圈酒店都普遍漲價不少，好像桔子全季這些都上千了，而作為五星級的貴州飯店其實價格還算公道的，畢竟我臨時訂肯定溢價更高，我果斷訂這裏，結果也不會失望，網評説服務很差，其實除了前台確實服務一般，甚至有點冷之外，其他所有工作人員都很熱情，特別是行李生特別陽光燦爛，一直給我介紹遊玩路線，非常感激。房間雖然很小，但衞生很好，一塵不染讓人很放心。礦泉水也是無限量供應，這是第一家我覺得很大方的酒店，任何角落都擺放着免費礦泉水，完全不用擔心口渴。點贊👍 早餐品種不算多，但最值得表揚的是時間到11點，我們這些晚起的懶人就很歡喜。退房也不會催，其他酒店除非我主動提出要延遲退房，否則一到12點就各種催，這裏我待到1點都沒人管，實在太放鬆了。酒店有室內恆温游泳池，乒乓球室，桌球室和健身房。如果有朋友來貴陽，我還會推薦貴州飯店，真正的大酒店。

酒店乾淨整潔，房間很大很寬敞！酒店的早餐品種非常豐富，口味也很不錯！酒店的地理位置相當方便，門口就是地鐵站，步行去黔靈山公園，好多可愛的獼猴！我們沒有趕上看熊貓，黔靈山的熊貓館17點關閉。

發生了好幾個不愉快的細節，大堂副理態度很好地採取了補救措施，所以不給差評了，但也沒法違心給好評 1️⃣週六的晚上七點辦理入住不算晚吧？衹有一位前台，衹能排隊耐心等待，但是如果拿着身份證敲前台桌子，你就可以馬上跑出另一位前台來接待……？？？ 2️⃣不知道酒店升房的依據是什麼，純好奇，看評論裏幾乎都升了行政套，前台説不行，問是沒套了嗎，答有的，OKfine 3️⃣進入房間，電視的歡迎詞上衹有我先生的名字，可向來訂房的都是我，還是第一次碰到在衹顯示一個客人的情況下，沒有我，挺有意思 4️⃣入住第一件事，洗手，好傢伙，放出來水是黃的，打電話給客房部，來的大姐態度也很好，但理由完全沒法接受：幾天沒住人了水管黃了。哇塞我真的住這麼多酒店還是頭一家，真的神奇，後續兩天水是不黃了，但異味很重，肯定是有問題的，酒店自己檢修一下吧 5️⃣最最經典的拿外賣，由於提前點了外賣，check in完就去酒店門口拿了，前三個我們都自己核對了手機尾號，最後一個冰漿，實在找得眼花，工作人員問我們點了什麼，我們説冰漿，工作人員遞來一個藍色袋子説這個是冰漿，於是我們自己也沒看一眼就拿走了，就是這一個冰漿，在我們已入住開始吃飯的時候，工作人員打來電話説我們拿錯了，需要送下去。（這裏糾正一下，我們第一次來並不知道冰漿袋子長什麼樣，你給我們哪個我們就拿了。）我很震驚於工作人員叫我送下去的這個提議？！我説能否叫機器人上來。工作人員表示不行，必須要我親自送下去，因為外賣的原主在那等了。我想哦那可能是另一個客人比較生氣，工作人員可能也不好處理，那我就去吧，畢竟我確實也沒再核實一下。結果到了樓下，對方衹是一個找不到外賣的小姑娘，是我腦補過多還想着替工作人員解釋，頓時氣炸了，到底是怎麼培訓員工的啊？我還是第一次被工作人員催着下樓呢，妙不可言的體驗！第一次長評價，給貴陽貴賓樓，雖然副理一直在很負責地跟進補救，但體驗已經形成了，哦對，房間備品也挺差的，沒自帶沐浴露的人滑鐵盧了屬於是

酒店位置很好，邊上都是機關單位，安全感很足。早餐很豐富，特別是糯米飯很好吃，小娃都吃了大半個😃😃😃晚上還泡了個澡，美滋滋的。希望能給個高樓層，結果衹給了8樓，一行人實在太累，反應過來也不想換房間啦
