Excellent time at Kaya Palazzo. It’s a great little hotel, it feels very personal, service is outstanding! There is no loud entertainment, it’s amazing if you are looking for quiet time. Rooms are huge, food is great and the staff are just the best I have ever encountered on a holiday. They do their best to make you feel welcome and make your holiday stress free. I especially want to mention Umut and Ergin at the buffet restaurant!!! These guys went out of their way to help, nothing was too much trouble. They were always polite, always professional. We will really miss them, they made this hotel extra special. Thank you Kaya Palazzo once again! We will be back ( for the 4th time )

Just got back from a quick birthday getaway at Kaya Palazzo Le Chic and honestly… I’m still buzzing! We stayed in one of the swim-up rooms, which was so worth it. Waking up, rolling out of bed, and slipping straight into the pool every morning? It was unreal. The room was clean, spacious, and felt really private, like our own little oasis. The entire property is gorgeous, but what really stood out was how calm and peaceful it was. Nothing felt crowded or chaotic. Every corner felt elegant, quiet, and super well-maintained. Even getting to the beach was a fun little adventure, we’d hop in a golf cart and be by the water in minutes. And once there It was stunning. Clear water, super comfy loungers, and a chill vibe that made it easy to lose track of time. The food was another highlight. From fresh fruit and pastries at breakfast to incredible seafood dinners, every meal was genuinely delicious. You could tell they really care about quality, and the service was always kind and unpretentious. One favorite was all the amazing seasonal fruit! So much watermelon and amazing fresh figs! And speaking of service, the staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful, and just really good at what they do. They surprised me with a sweet little birthday touch and were always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, without ever being overbearing. Everything just felt easy. Also loved the gym (which is rare for me to say on vacation) and the hamam was so relaxing. I could’ve spent the whole afternoon in there. Overall, this place had everything I wanted: sunshine, beautiful views, great food, and space to breathe. It felt stylish without being flashy, and the whole experience was just wonderful and smooth. Can’t wait to come back.

The hospitality was amazing and the service was five star. Serhat was welcoming, guiding us and answering our inquiries 24/7. Lovely staff and fabulous facilities. Also the breakfast stuff gave us a different experience. The variety of food were top notch.
