I stayed for two nights in club room with family. This hotel touts as a five star hotel, the reality is otherwise. Rooms are pretty basic. Maintenance and hygiene are big issues. Bathroom was foul smelling in room we were allotted. After complaining, they just sprayed room freshner and said it will be ok now but it wasn’t. Furthermore, a live giant spider came from under the bed terrifying the kids. We changed into another room but bathroom issue was also there. Balcony and furnitures were dirty and looked neglected. We went to indoor game room. It had open wires, everything looked dusty and it was like no one goes there. Swimming pool was not clean and the water corridor around the pool and elsewhere had dirty smelly water. It’s like they made a hotel but forgot to maintain it. The food we ordered in room was below average but the breakfast spread was good. Hospitality was also an issue. After all the issues with bathroom and spider, they treated that like a non-issue. The stay at this hotel is not worth the money. I will not recommend this hotel to families and for those who want to experience 5 star services.

It’s always amazing to stay here in this property. Amazing house keeping staff, Hardworking Food and beverage staff, Proactive front desk staff. Special mention to Suleman and Samikhya for taking care of our food and delivering it on time.
