Very nice hotel, the staff were great, room clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent but no solo dining options for dinner. No spa and should be removed from amenities. A friendly city that should get more tourists; train service should be improved.

A very comfortable stay! The staff were very friendly and it was located in a wonderful part of town. The room itself was comfortable and clean. I especially loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner; they were so refreshing! The breakfast was also very delicious with lots of great options and flexible seating. I would definitely stay here again.

環境還湊合。服務員收完拖鞋不給補。前台刷房費不刷夠然後隔天找後賬。刷個卡還費勁吧啦的。車輛出場忘記在前台刷碼了。打電話找他們還不願意給弄。沒見過這麼**的地方。

1，房間有股很重的尿騷味，同伴房間門鎖是壞的，去前台給換了房間。
2，淋浴間下水處全是頭髮。
3，打客房服務要了幾個紙杯子和一次性筷子，保潔送來的，禮貌説了謝謝，沒想到意外聽見保潔微信跟別人吐槽我們房間事兒多，一會要這個一會要那個，説的是固原話，她以為我聽不懂，還回頭淡定的看我一眼。
4，前台態度差。
5，有蚊子，但房間沒有提供液體蚊香液，被叮了一身包。

環境很差勁，廁所一夜都在反味，還有會飛的下水道小蟲。其次，前台態度很差，有大床但是網上顯示沒有，前台説後台關掉了。我説我定的標間我加錢換大床，攜程上顯示342，前台一臉質疑不相信，死説不可能，給到臉上讓看還不承認。我差你這三十塊錢的便宜嗎，****，對了空調不製冷，床頭燈還不亮，總之很糟心

十一帶着家人路過固原，因為單位協議酒店是華祺之前住過就訂了，到了房間冷的不要不要的，空調也沒有加熱，問前台要電熱器回覆沒有，反覆溝通了半天才拿了一台。小朋友要看電視，電視遙控器用不了，又來來回回折騰了好幾次才弄好。第二天早上去吃早飯，被服務員攔了下來，告知小朋友要收加費，小朋友八歲，也帶着去了北京、上海、內蒙、西安一些地方玩，第一次被告知吃早飯要收費，合理不合情，溝通了一下必須收，心裏面挺彆扭的。
