Nice place on an island. You are staying in a castle. the portion of food for room service is large in size & 2 person can share it… ferry service though and from the island is half hourly per trip and it runs 24 hours…

The resort was exactly as shown on pictures. We enjoyed our stay there, the food was great, just a little bit expensive. I love the amenities as well, my son got sick, luckily there was a clinic by the island

Nice hotel with great staffs. But note that this is a child friendly resort. Stayed with sea view and had the pool right in front so the noise from the pool starts at 8am. Not appropriate if you are looking for a quiet retreat from busy work life

The place was great. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety but not too much western food. The restaurants they had were great and the quality of food was great. The speedboats going to and from the islands are always operating which is very convenient. The only downside would be the spa, we booked a 3 hour package and it was not that great. They were not very well trained. And the bedroom we had seemed to have bedbugs. They offered for us to go see the clinic they had on site but we didn’t have enough time. It was a good experience. Wouldn’t stay again though. But the pools were beautiful and the little private beach made it worth it.

The resort is very nice , service was great all staff were friendly.
However I was booked extra night cause I like the resort but unfortunately i went to booked extra night in different city by mistake so I ended up having 2 bookings at 2 different locations in same night and I was asking for refund but the hotel refused to switch or refund the money or get credit

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. We had a wonderful 6 nights staying here. It’s close to the cruise port for those wanting day trips to Halong Bay. However, there isn’t much in the local area to do. The hotel has an amazing pool with a swim up bar. Breakfast was great and the food in the restaurants was very well priced given what was being offered locally. I recommend this hotel for those wanting a relaxing stay at a hotel.
