Sungreen Resort Habarana

We have been touring srilanka for a 10 day trip and our stay at sungreen Resort was one of the best we had in our overall trip Cultural welcome with welcome drink was a good experience - My kids enjoyed it very much Swimming pool and surprise fountain was very impressive Restaurant buffet breaktast and dinner options are definite value for money. Night music along with dinner was memorable experience. Nimisha madam was ever smiling and very welcoming. Hirantha sir at the reception made sure at every point of time that we are having a comfortable stay Highly recommended

The hotel is exactly as expected for the amount you pay. We thought it was great value! We stayed for 7 nights. The rooms are quite spacious and although basic have everything you require. The location is ideal for trips to Safari, Lion Rock & Dambulla caves. All within 20 mins drive from the hotel. Hotel will arrange driver for the day or Tuk Tuk. Very reasonable prices for transport. The town is not too far, with a range of lovely places to eat at very good prices. But above all, it is the staff that make the place! We have travelled quite extensively, and the staff here have been the most friendly and welcoming. Amith, who tends the pool, went out of his way for us. He does a great job, making sure the pool is clean & tidy. A very friendly guy! Nimasha, who works on reception & at the restaurant is a joy to have around! We got along very well. She even dressed me in a beautiful sari, which I really enjoyed! Such a lovely girl. Lahiru, the deputy manager, is excellent at his job. He is very easy to talk to & goes out of his way to engage in conversation. He is a very genuine guy, with a great work ethic. We got along very well & he treated us to dinner on our last night! If you want a place to stay that is budget friendly, conveniently situated, with fantastic staff then Sungreen is the place for you!

Good service of staff. Rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. And the service the hotel veery good. And the hotel manager Mr. Lahiru and receptionist Nimasha F&B executives Mr Costa and all staff verry good..

Environment is very attractive. Very polite staff also hotel manager Lahiru and receptionist Nimasha and chef sudarshana supply delicious meals for us and also introducing new varieties with sausage canopies that is very delicious.
