在三亞住了索菲特感覺各方面都很好，剛好要在海口坐飛機於是又選了海口的索菲特。果然沒有讓我失望！管家服務很好，入住升級了房間還送了水果。整個酒店設計和佈局都高端大氣。很有空間感。早餐視野超級棒，品種很豐富，吃飯完全是享受。樓下就是商場，離萬象城也很近。下次來海口依然會選擇索菲特。

房間：寬敞 有小沙發 工作桌 放置雜物的地方跟入門行李放置處
老客入住了就沒有拍房間
主要就是帶孩子們來游泳 因為想住有室內泳池的酒店 sofitel的設計跟佈置也更時尚好看 現在價格十分便宜就來啦！
泳池還是非常不錯的 分三個區域：室內1米4大泳池➕中高温小泳池（圖1）
室外泳池景色也不錯的 傍晚開始可以遊一下
感謝amber小美女送的小禮物（圖2）開盲盒開到一個可可愛愛的拉行李箱的小袋鼠🦘還詳細詢問了我們住宿的情況 非常貼心❤️

馬桶有污漬然後正好反饋給這個小哥哥他馬上叫阿
姨來了擦乾淨小哥哥為了表達歉意還叫人送了水果
態度特別好！還一直髮訊息問我有什麼需要可以直
接和他説這就能看出來酒店處理問題都很及時和速
度哪怕拿瓶水也是很快就送到！這個滿分給這個酒
店的服務

臨時訂的房間，到店之後前台很熱情的接待了我們，看我們帶小朋友還安排了更好的房間。房間超級大超級寬敞，衞浴產品很高級都是德國唯寶的。電動馬桶確實很好用，都想給家裡安排一個。床品很舒適、軟硬適中，衞生細節做得也很好！第二天退房比較早沒感受早餐，下次有機會再來！

海南環島的最後一戰選擇了海口索菲特入住，工作人員提前聯繫還發了很多餐廳的攻略給我們，在海口最後兩天基本上一直在吃吃吃哈哈哈。房間的樓層很高設計很鮮明，可以看到海口市景和大海，早上在餐廳吃飯的的時候景色真的美呆了。基本上遇到的工作人員都很熱心，地下停車場也是免費停車，位置很寬敞，美中不足的就是沒有充電樁，不過附近也有很多充電站問題不大。滿分體驗！！！

設施：客房空間寬敞，採光充足；床墊軟硬適中，枕頭支撐性好，睡眠體驗佳；衞浴乾濕分離設計合理，熱水出水量大且穩定，洗漱用品品質在線。
餐食：晚餐自助品類豐富，涵蓋中西式菜品，現煮麪/咖啡口感好，用餐環境乾淨整潔。
還有重要一點，晚霞很漂亮！！！

This is my second stay with Sofitel. Stayed for a short city gethaway and overall had a pleasant experience.
This time round, I opted for the double single bed room bay view option. I personally found that the city view to be far more captivating.
Staff were courteous, and the check in process was smooth.
The room was well kept, comfortable and equipped with the essential. However, the shower room could use a little attention , the overhead shower a little bit stuck.Minor issue , but noticeable.
Still, a solid choice for a fuss-free stay in the heart of the city.

Stayed at Sofitel Haikou and loved it! The hotel lives up to the usual Sofitel standard: elegant, clean, and super comfortable. Great location, close to everything and easy to get around with Didi. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also a highlight with lots of good options. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Haikou!
